I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Very easy and friendly. We have leased other Volvos from Patrick, and had Jake Fredrickson as our salesman before. It’s a credit to both Patrick and Jake for the entirely pleasant experience. We returned w/ our new Volvo to get the inspection sticker, the new registration, and have the ceramic protectant applied. Everything was done as promised, and on time. To eliminate waiting for the service we return given a comparable loaner car for our use. When we picked up our car it was sparkling clean. We are enjoying our new XC40 very much.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I received a notice for a safety recall. I visited the dealership in person to inquire what action was necessary to fix the safety recall. The staff at Patrick was very helpful and pleasant. I made an appointment the next day. Mathew greeted me at the service. He went over the details of the safety recall process. Within an hour, my car ready, with a WASH ! Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.
