If Carolina Volkswagen were a Christmas tree, Mr. Donell Richardson is the shiny star on the top of the tree. That is an interest word picture because I don’t know how we could get him fixed to stay up there! He made the entire process of purchasing a car relaxing and enjoyable. Donnell knew the details about the 2012 Toyota Highlander that we purchased and he took time to show us some cosmetic issues that we probably would never have noticed. He impressed my wife and I as a man of honesty and integrity. When we sell the Highlander, Donell is the first call that I will make to purchase another vehicle. As for the Finance Manager, I was ready to go to war with him. When buying a car it is that department that messes up any good deal that a sales person puts together. I was ready for the “hidden costs” and sneaky add-on’s, ready to argue about them. That’s just the way Finance Managers operate, you can’t turn your backs on them! Mr. Chris Gray totally upended my arguing plans! Chris was honest, upfront and,shopped for the best financing deals for us. We were impressed with his “customer first” attitude and his eagerness to work, ensuring that Donell’s deal was honored. If Donell was the star on top of the tree, Chris was the stand. I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

I had my fears, but the dealership was great. They did everything they said they would. Didn't pressure me in any way. I would be happy to do business with them again. Tom especially was friendly and helpful.

I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

I got the SE model which I now regret. No SiriusXM radio, no navigation and no trip mirage and the only thing it counts is Miles, no quarter, half etc. Cannot give a person accurate directions. I don’t like the moon roof cover. It’s just glass and a shade no metal line outside of car so in NC in the summer I could cook an egg in it I believe. No excuse not to out SiriusXM in it. I had 2012 Jetta SEL that I absolutely loved it had all this one doesn’t but someone ran into me and totaled it in 2020 or I’d still have it. This one falls short of it.
