Today I bought a pre-owned Volvo V40. Eric Glover took my call yesterday and sold us the car today. He's a good salesman and made our experience a very pleasant one. Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

I love this car in all possible ways. Great performance and sophisticated style without being tacky and boisterous. This car makes commuting fun without sacrificing comfort.

I have owned my 2013 S60 T6 AWD for a little over 2 years now and it is an exceptional car. The looks, the power, the handling, all around a very solid and capable vehicle. I have taken it on several road trips and every mile is a joy to drive - I have not had any serious issues and have just done regular maintenance. Would highly recommend the 3.0 T6 AWD S60 if you can find one!

Lyn Ford is the best service advisor I've ever encountered. Having owned several Volvos, Toyotas, Hondas and an Audi over the past 30 years, I've encountered quite a few and Lyn is THE BEST. Had a 2014 Honda Sport and decided I to try a luxury car that wouldn't break the budget, so bought the cheapest used Volvo S60. It's great. It's extremely comfortable (with very adjustable seats), the sound system is outstanding, it handles turns really well, is nice and quiet, is really nice looking without being flashy, and it's touchscreen features are very easy to use especially with voice control. I live in a city, so one reason I chose it is because I read that Volvo's are not popular among thieves. Another reason I chose it is that my two friends who have Volvo's (XC models) swear by them, and one is 6'4" with a bad back.

The customer service I received from my car salesman, Jesse Keller and business manager, Jorge Ramirez was first class! They both went above and beyond in doing their jobs. Days after getting my car, Jorge contacted me to tell me that he found better financing. The fact that he continued to work on my behalf after I was long gone shows the character and work ethic of those employed by Crest Volvo. I am thankful for my positive car buying experience provided by Jesse and Jorge.

First Volvo I have owned and I love it, it is the best car I have owned. I previously had Mercedes and BMW, this beats both hands down in looks, equipment and performance. I went for the Ultimate trim level, the dealership had a Plus and the Ultimate available. The plus is great, but the Ultimate has so much more, HUD, 360 degree camera etc. Touches like the fog lights activating at night when you turn the wheel so whichever direction you're turning has extra lighting and the headlight washers that pop up out of the bumper to help keep your lights bright just add to the overall feeling of quality. The exterior styling is striking, and in storm grey with the bright finish it catches the eye and gets compliments on looks. Mine has the Polestar engineering extra which makes performance very entertaining, I have yet to put it in Polestar mode (sport mode) but in normal mode this thing takes off like a rocket.

The entire sales staff from salesman (Kenneth) to the new car director had a hand in making sure all my emails and questions were answered immediately. You can see the shear number of people below that were involved happily. I was never told the line "we just need you to come in..." once. Everything was done my way, on my terms and I never heard the "lemme go talk to my manager" lunacy you hear everywhere else. All I was told was "sit and relax and I'll take care of that for you." I've never seen a dealership operate this way. One of the smoothest purchases I've ever had. Well done.

I like the minimalist interior inspired by Scandinavian design, along with the easy to use touchscreen display. I have the T6 AWD with 316 HP and love how it drives (in all weather conditions) and how it accelerates and corners. Extremely reliable, everything has worked perfectly.
