After my car was totaled, I was in the market for a new car walked into Jaffarian Volvo Narek greeted me told him i was there to look at the Acua TLX 2015 they had on the lot drove it and finished the deal withing a hour . The whole process was easy,simple and smooth. great group of people finance team is great as well.

We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

From start to finish, this was the best buying experience I've had. Cameron was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. He went over everything before I signed to insure transparency. I never felt pressured. At delivery, he went over the entire vehicle to make sure I understood how my new car worked, and insisted I contact him if there were questions once I got it home. After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.

James was incredibly helpful.He very clearly explained the services that were being delivered and kept me posted on the status...the work was completed about 30 mins before the estimated time he provided...which was a pleasant surprise.

Smooth process, pricing was fair and didn’t require back and forth - process was quick and easy. I’d suggest them for any car purchases you may need. The facility is rather worn out, but who really cares as long as you get a food deal on a car and the process is easy.
