Online scheduling, great. Mike reviewed my visit when I dropped the car off. Suggested exactly what service I needed. Mechanic on top of the work. Caught a motor mount going bad along with the requested work. He sent a video that showed the failing mount. Plus the very low cooling fluid. Nice to see the visual problems. Every thing done as requested. Great dealership. Can not think of going anywhere else. Mike explained what I would need at next visit time.

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

And even up until the final moment, he stayed on hold with our insurance company for over an hour after they'd messed up our policy. Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

Even though the service department was exceptionally busy that day, I didn’t mind waiting in their comfortable waiting room. Mike continually checked in personally with updates and apologies for the wait.

My overall experience with Volvo was awesome!! I wasn't ready on my first visit several weeks prior. Upon my return, I was ready to get my dream car! Daniel was the salesperson that helped me. I was very appreciative of the high level of professionalism, patience, and overall friendly demeanor he displayed throughout the entire process. Came in to have my tire pressure light on 2015 Passat turned off - Walked out with 2017 Passat with better mileage and a few perks. The staff is very good to work with. My second experience. Would highly recommend.

Great commuter car. Adaptive cruise control is better than most. Good mpg. Very attractive. Agile and good is small spaces ( city driving ). Base sound system should have more power.
