This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

The dealership will walk you through finding the best vehicle for you, gives you a great price on your trade and gets you in with financing and out to review your car very quickly. Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

Hopefully I found a diamond in the rough with my Nissan Rogue! Ali was very helpful as well as honest , which above all I appreciate.

I love this car! Safe, reliable and well made. No trouble in 2 years of ownership. Owned many Volvos, this is the best and most advanced yet.

My husband and I did NOT want to buy our 2nd Prius (bought the first new) from a dealer. This 2010 Prius with low mileage was pristine. Dave Duda was no pressure and went the extra mile to get the car to Flemington from Doylestown for us to see. I knew we weren't interested in any additional packages for the car like service agreements, roadside assistance, etc. but felt I had to sit through them with a manager. I didn't like that part. No pressure but I knew I wasn't going to buy any of them so...why bother? Dave is your guy!

The Chevy Colorado I bought didn't have a keyless remote, so instead of getting me one when I asked if they could they told me I had to buy one through the parts dept at over $150.00....Really? Would have given them 5 stars had they come through for me.

I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle Ed Hall. When I saw the car online I called about it, and everything Ed said about the car was true. I bought the vehicle I still have it two years later, and I have it serviced by Volvo. Josh and the other service guys are excellent and they are very knowledgeable. Scott dealerships is more than accommodating when it comes to making sure that you're treated correctly. Overall I'm very satisfied in a world where nothing is perfect, and the people at Scott dealerships go the extra mile to make my experience a good one! When I upgrade I'll be buying another Volvo and hopefully through at Ed Hall!

I typically don’t write reviews but just had to do so after my recent experience with Karissa at Scott Volvo. I really struggled with this decision on which car to buy as I had been driving a previous brand for many years and was comfortable, loved the service and had no complaints. I went to look at the XC90, not even intending to buy it and absolutely loved it. The google voice, spacious console interior, simplicity of design and overall quality of workmanship was great and it drove beautifully. Karissa at Scott was so knowledgeable and when I mentioned that I was struggling with my decision she said take the car home and see if you like it. I often struggle with new technology and the Volvo technology is so intuitive, additionally the car manual is on the screen and anything you need to find you can search and hover over a hot spot and it’s all there. I also had a hard time deciding on the particular color and the car with the exact specification had to be brought in from Virginia which Karissa facilitated with patience and efficiency, even giving me a new loaner in the process.. The whole buying process took less than an hour which was also something I was not used to. Karissa and Todd are truly the best sales team I have ever worked with and went out of their way to make my buying experience extraordinarily.

Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

I could have selected a number of different reason for why I enjoyed my experience with Stillman Volvo. The personnel, amenities, the website as well as the financial process were all a 10.

My sales professional, John, was extremely attentive, and took care to get me exactly what I wanted. There was no back and forth negotiations like at most dealers. I emailed him what I was looking for and my price point. He made it happen. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and all it took was the test drive to seal the deal. He went into great detail, calling on his deep knowledge and expertise in Volvo, about the features and functions—as well as the differences in trim levels—of the 5-seater SUV. Not only do I recommend Scott for a Volvo purchase, I recommend Howard as the sales rep to help you decide what model best fits your needs. Howard also very clearly explained how to best take advantage of price incentives, and federal rebates. So while he was so effective in selling us a brand new XC60, he also greatly helped us save money in the process!
