Used 2022 Volvo XC60 for sale near Maynard, MA

Francesca Hamilton recently sold me a Volvo XC60 Hybrid plug-in at the Nashua dealership. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 13 years. I had much to learn, like what is a “trim” and how to “pair” my cellphone and the vehicle. Then there were the endless safety features and advantages of owning a plug-in model. In our two hours together, Francesca covered it all. She was polite and eager to explain the workings of the new technology. She carefully answered my questions, when other salespersons might have, understandably, rolled their eyes and took a deep breath. Francesca carefully explained the various bonuses and rebates and the advantages of the lease/buy program, which resulted in significant savings. After taking 3 pages of notes on the trim options and vehicle lease-buy-back plan, off we went for a test drive. With no pressure from Francesca to rush back to the dealership, together we covered the open highway and side streets of Nashua. As a final note, I was sold on the XC60 and made the purchase a day or two later. However, here is not where the story ends. I spoke with Francesca a couple of days later about my difficulty with setting up some of the electronic features on the dashboard. She invited me back to her office this week to help guide me through some of the more difficult features. Francesca is a truly gifted and skilled salesperson. I give her five stars and recommend to anyone to make Francesca’s desk their first stop when shopping for a new vehicle. She is well deserving of any monthly bonus of which she may be entitled. Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. The team was awesome and they continue to work with you after the sale closes. If you have researched your desired vehicle. Know the prices and what is available. Go see Mo. He probably has the car for you at a great price.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

I was working with a few different dealerships and none of the salespeople had the knowledge of Thomas at tulley they where very upfront and honest didn’t play and dealership games and got to my number no fighting back and forth

I love this car! Safe, reliable and well made. No trouble in 2 years of ownership. Owned many Volvos, this is the best and most advanced yet.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in my life. I recently purchased a 2017 M3 from Foley Motorsports, which is my 14th vehicle purchase. Foley was able to give me a great deal on their vehicle, and gave me a very fair offer for my trade. I was able to negotiate, purchase, sign and take delivery all on the same day! I was literally in and out in an hour (mind you its a pandemic so things certainly aren't AS busy as usual...) Josh and Josh were great in the interactions I had with them, friendly and no pressure whatsoever. I felt they had some limitations on the knowledge of the recharge vehicle that they will get better at I'm sure over time since it is a new product. There was some minor confusion in finance with the loan rate, initially it was disclosed by the financer at 0.99 during our meeting, then it went up to 1.99 (0.99 was noted as a mistake initially) which is where I was told was the actual rate and was what I financed, but then the next day it was noted on the website back down to 0.99 where it still is today, so that felt a little uncomfortable. The extended warranty options were a bit confusing as there were additional aftermarket protections offered in addition to the 10 year 125,000 mile product that was purchased. If there was a 10 year product with less mileage I would have been more happy with that as I don't drive many miles, but it was not suggested. Overall delivery was efficient and comfortable. The volvo car website has great information. The volvo on call app is still very rudimentary and a work in progress. But I am very happy with my vehicle.

This is my 3 Volvo. After leaving to buy another make of a car was an experience in itself. They never let you down and when you buy your vehicle from them they take care of you. I was I a pinch needing my tire looked at and Tyler took care of me right away. Dan in service was helpful and got my car in and out quickly. One of the salespeople on the floor went out of his way to help someone who needed a roof rack. There were none in stock so he took one off a car in the showroom so that he could leave on his camping trip with a new roof rack. It was service and kindness that went above and beyond.
