This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

I love this car! Safe, reliable and well made. No trouble in 2 years of ownership. Owned many Volvos, this is the best and most advanced yet.

Went there to test drive a lovely 2018 Toyota Rav-4. Its clear this dealership has a high standard for its used cars. The salesman, Bob Cerza, was wonderful and the test drive was excellent. The initial salesman I was in contact with over email and phone when I placed my inquiry - Ryan Preesada - was also very professional. Honestly, were it not for extenuating circumstances I might have bought that car, but I had some external issues that prevented me from doing so. I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. This review is about the purchase of a "Volvo Certified Pre-Owned" car. Bridgewater had listed a 4-year-old XC60 on cars.com that was a good match at a fair price. A phone call with sales consultant John Maxton convinced me to put down a deposit; the following week, we made the 3-hour drive to complete the sale. In this case, the confidence I'd come to feel in John was well placed. Regarding the Certified Pre-Owned program: Volvo Cars USA guaranteed that all of the XC60's components were functioning properly. In our case, the manufacturer's warranty is running for another six months, a welcome surprise. In the end, we added a Volvo extended warranty to the purchase... not cheap, but a better deal than the competing aftermarket offers we'd investigated. It will (hopefully) be a while until the next car purchase, but I'll gladly make the drive to Bridgewater again.
