I have driven Volvos for a very long time. My 2002 V70XC was my absolute favorite. I just donated it. My first impression was the dealer and I went with one closest to my home. My big mistake. THE CAR - for an SUV the seats sit very low and are not very adjustable. The gear shift functionality is very difficult to get used to - and all the alarms. Being a mechanical engineer, I liked, no, loved the older Volvos for their functionality and interior space. The XC60 has very little cargo space. There are too many bells and whistles you need to QR scan the visor for the manual! The mpg are pitiful - I am getting maybe 15 mpg, with little pick up- the 4 liter engine is not as good as the predecessors. I was worried about the no "cold weather package" - all volvos anywhere have the same battery and the sales guy had no idea what cold cranking meant. HOWEVER, I must say when we had an ice storm and the car was a solid piece of ice the doors opened and the car started right up. BUT it did take 30 minutes + to warm up the windshield to get rid of the ice. AND my hands were so cold trying to scrape the ice off - they were too cold for the display to read my touch! The sales rep was so proud of the heated windshield wipers (?) -I prefer being able to raise the wipers during a snow storm. Here you have to put the wipers in maintenance mode and then move them out. Too many steps to get basics done (and have warm hands). I also can't stand the smudged touch screen from all the swiping and touching. Just looks dirty. BTW don't buy accessories from the dealer. I wanted rails for the top and they were asking $800 list but I could get them for $500. You can buy them from amazon or Volvo direct for $200. It's a Volvo and I have high expectations. I think it is an expensive car and I have not owned it long enough to determine value.

When I wasn’t comfortable with the price, he did everything he could to meet me where I could afford without making me feel pressured. He even took the time to walk me through budgeting tips and helped me understand what I could realistically manage. You don’t find that type of honesty and care everywhere. I really like the way the sales person helped me to get my new Honda , but I was slightly disappointed while working with Finance team as during the conversation she was not very friendly to explain me details about the total cost and charges, one other thing I should say after one week of buying the vehicle communication response time between the me and my agent is very high to get an answer of the query.

Contacted Larry Goode to purchase a new Kia Sorento for our school system. First class from start to finish. He stayed in contract with me for several days as we worked through the process. Vehicle was ready to go for pick up on November 28, 2025. Asked him to have all paperwork ready for me and he delivered as promised. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Too much overhead and one too many times the salesman going back and forth to ask mother may I. The management is not customer friendly and it leads to many distractions. Revamp your business.
