I had looked at it on Monday the 10 th of November and liked it , they were going to do paper work but banks were not open on Veterans Day I went to work and hit a deer on way to work totaling my car on Wednesday and by Wednesday about 3 pm I had my new car !!! Over the years I have purchased and serviced 3 Volvos at Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs. On the Service side, Service Techs, Sharon and Matt have always been very professional, friendly and helpful regarding the servicing of my vehicles. They clearly explain the work to be performed, the time it will take to complete the work and the cost of the service. They provide recommendations upkeep and future needs of the vehicle. Soon, I will be scheduling service for another one of my Volvos. On the Sales side, Manager Chris has always represented Ferman well and I feel I have always been treated fairly and look forward to working with the sales team on the purchase of my next Volvo.
