Good all around experience. The personal service, courteous attitude, drop-off experience and thorough addressing of all my concerns was the best I've seen in quite awhile. The dealership/service department made me and my wife feel like we were their best friends. Also greatly appreciated a thorough explanation of how each item was addressed. There were 5 or 6 issues that needed attention.

First time I purchase a Volkswagen CPO car by internet/phone and out of State. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, I did not purchase my XC40 from Paramount , however I am fortunate enough to take adcantage of their wonderful Service Center. Friendly and helpful staff, punctual and they listen to your needs. I have dealt with several service centers in the Hickory are and these folks ARE THE VERY BEST !!!

Just had my second service appointment for my 2024 Volvo here. Prior to having this car, I had never taken my cars to the dealership to be serviced because I was under the impression dealerships would be pushy or difficult to deal with. But that is absolutely not true and I have been VERY pleased with the service, professionalism, and ease of taking my car to Johnson Volvo. Freddie in the service team was SUPER helpful and set expectations up-front and wanted to make sure I was aware and satisfied with the extra work I had done (installing a trailer hitch on top of maintenance). He took time to update me throughout the process, and afterwards to show me how to work the hitch and made sure I had all the associated components. Holly in the front remembered talking to me a few weeks ago on the phone and is so nice and wonderful to speak with. The people here make the process of coming to the dealership so easy and even enjoyable!

Overall service was great, Benjamin always makes sure I am well informed throughout any service. Waiting area is decent with clean workspaces and ample plug-ins for laptops if needed. Definitely go online and make an appointment well ahead of time for the smoothest experience.
