Thursday night, I bought my third Volvo from Cherry Hill Volvo. I was not planning on leasing a new car. I was picking up my car from service and my fiancé was the one interested. Faulkner Volvo is fabulous! Just purchased a 2026 XC60. Sales process was seamless. This was my 5th car purchased at Faulkner. I?ve been a customer of the service departments at Faulkner for over 15 years. They?re very attentive, reliable, communicate great and provide quality service.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

We had Volvo in mind going into the car buying process, we had been in touch with Ezra Nathan for about 1 month after test driving both the XC60 and XC. In March, we finally had a better understanding for what made sense to us, reached out to Ezra and set up another appointment. Throughout the process, Ezra was informative, insightful and put more of an emphasis on teaching us about Volvos than selling us a car. Ezra was very flexible and accommodating as we determined what was best for us.

I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

Marcel was able to find solution to my situation that wasn’t so great starting out but in the end with his expertise my car was serviced and turned out great outcome that seemed like no way….Marcel always polite, efficient and very knowledgeable, scheduling appt or being serviced ask for Marcel he will make sure you are taken care of and makes it too easy getting you through the process will be less stressful. Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.
