The service advisor on the day I went in was Luis. He was attentive and responsive to my questions about my car as well as my car?s needs that I didn?t know it needed. He was kind and respectful. I have yet to experience service from all the other advisors, but they were all friendly when I walked into the service area and saw some sitting at their desks.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful dealership inside and out. Large selection of cars. Our salesman, Jackson Holtzman, was great! He was professional, polite, friendly and a good listener. We never felt rushed or pressured. I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

I have been searching for a car for roughly a week or little more. A few other dealerships were misleading with their inventory and general information about the vehicles they did have. THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE!!! They were completely transparent and honestly a pleasure to do business with. I was in and out so quickly with my new vehicle as well as laughs throughout the interaction. I would recommend them over and over again!!

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

This is my second Volvo. I first had a 2004 S60, which I traded in for this 2013 XC60. The SUV has a great ride and I love the ability to switch to a stick shift, which makes the car feel sporty. Overall, the car is trouble free. LIke me other Volvo, the transmission sometimes is hard to move. I actually had to replace the tranmission in the S60. This vehicle has traveled cross country, where it gets great gas mileage, with using regular gas, not high test. The city gas mileage, I live in Chicago, is not very good! The required maintenance from the Volvo dealer can be expensive, but repairs at the dealer I feel are overpriced! I got the extended warranty, which I feel was a waste of money. Overall, I really like the Volvo brand! They are fairly maintenance free and last a long time. My previous Volvo had about 110,000 miles and this one has about 63,000 miles.

Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

I have owned the 2018 XC60 T8 Inscription for 3 years now. The vehicle was brand new and now has over 110k miles on it. Here is the breakdown of my rating: Performance - The T8 has incredible acceleration and handling, but the braking is a bit touchy. Easy to get used to, but easy to trigger some of the active safety features the first time you hit the brakes. Not a quick as a Tesla, but a 5.3s 0-60mph is impressive in a 4-cyl SUV. Styling - I absolutely love the sleek, minimalist styling Volvo is known for, and the XC60 fits that to a T. Clean lines, and incredibly comfortable. But they can keep the crystal shifter… Reliability - I have had -0- mechanical or performance issues, and only had to replace wear items. I docked it one star because of a glitch in the infotainment system that decided to max out the gain on the microphone right next to a speaker and send a shrill 90dB screech into the cabin… once the software was flashed the problem went away - only happened once and was a free repair (well out of warranty). I am definitely going to be a Volvo owner for life and am looking forward to taking advantage of the overseas delivery program with my next Volvo purchase.
