I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Sally, Johanna, and the whole team were absolutely incredible to work with! So fast, responsive, helpful, patient when I didn't respond, attentive, understanding, human, professional, kind, and efficient! I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I have been raving to my friends about how easy the whole experience was, even delivering the car to my front door to complete the lease paperwork and leave me with the keys after a tutorial! I have driven Volvos for a very long time. My 2002 V70XC was my absolute favorite. I just donated it. My first impression was the dealer and I went with one closest to my home. My big mistake. THE CAR - for an SUV the seats sit very low and are not very adjustable. The gear shift functionality is very difficult to get used to - and all the alarms. Being a mechanical engineer, I liked, no, loved the older Volvos for their functionality and interior space. The XC60 has very little cargo space. There are too many bells and whistles you need to QR scan the visor for the manual! The mpg are pitiful - I am getting maybe 15 mpg, with little pick up- the 4 liter engine is not as good as the predecessors. I was worried about the no "cold weather package" - all volvos anywhere have the same battery and the sales guy had no idea what cold cranking meant. HOWEVER, I must say when we had an ice storm and the car was a solid piece of ice the doors opened and the car started right up. BUT it did take 30 minutes + to warm up the windshield to get rid of the ice. AND my hands were so cold trying to scrape the ice off - they were too cold for the display to read my touch! The sales rep was so proud of the heated windshield wipers (?) -I prefer being able to raise the wipers during a snow storm. Here you have to put the wipers in maintenance mode and then move them out. Too many steps to get basics done (and have warm hands). I also can't stand the smudged touch screen from all the swiping and touching. Just looks dirty. BTW don't buy accessories from the dealer. I wanted rails for the top and they were asking $800 list but I could get them for $500. You can buy them from amazon or Volvo direct for $200. It's a Volvo and I have high expectations. I think it is an expensive car and I have not owned it long enough to determine value.

The car was actually moved to Sunrise Ford. My experience with that dealorship went well with only a few hiccups during the initial sale.

Love my car. Had it two years, it is solid, reliable and I feel very safe driving it. When I drive other cars, I can't wait to get back in it.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Well I didn't get a car because I let them know about my bad experience with other dealerships they wanted to still come in but I told One of the dealers i Will think about it but right now I don't know if I can trust another car dealership

I sold my Toyota RAV4 and purchased a Volvo XC 60. I have been very pleased with the performance of the car. I have to admit I miss the gas mileage of the Toyota RAV4. Some of the detailing of the interior of the car seen a bit cheap. The first time I used the hood latch the trim around the latch handle came loose.I purchased the car because of the safety reputation and history of Volvo.

We had a great experience here with Andy when we purchased our Rav4 hybrid. Everyone really worked hard to make sure we got the best deal! We drove every hybrid in this class and the Rav4 was hands down the nicest, smoothest, and best ride. You already know you can't go wrong with a Toyota. This is my third one. Amazing cars.

I love driving a Volvo. The 2019 XC60 AWD InscriptionT5 is my 3rd Volvo. I previously had the XC90. Great price for all the features. The suspension and handling is great. It has a smooth ride.

Follow up repair of accident damage. Took a while to get the insurance company to authorize payment. Service writer Jordan was slowed down by privacy rules. Eventually got repairs done.

I purchased BMW from Torch light motors i am so satisfied with overall experience. Especially Jeff i got the car that I wanted in no time and his service to me was so great he helped me a lot. Mostly i feel the level of service is most high-end.

This car has blown me away. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and drive like butter! The color is perfect and the rims are bomb! The interior is clean, and very well taken care of.

I've known the service manger, Marc Kubil, for almost 20 years. I can't think of anyone more capable and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are competently satisfied. Robert Fellows is also outstanding, as is Jamir Garcia. At Volvo Oak Park, I'm treated like family, and have received consistently great service.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

I can honestly say that after buying and leasing cars for over 30 years this is the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! First I will start with my salesman Alfredo Barros. I reached out to the Delray Beach Dealership to inquire about an M4 2026. Within an hour, Alfredo had done a complete check of every M4 that met my criteria. He followed up with me after emailing and texting me several M4s that I might be interested in. He answered every question about the options on each car to make sure I knew every option that was included in the build. He was very knowledgeable and even though I have had several M BMW Models, he explained a few things I didnt know. Like the difference between the Full and Extended Merino leather packages. I had 2 other M4s that I was looking at at two other dealerships here in South Florida that also met my criteria. Alfredo asked me to come by the dealership to see it in person. Mainly to see the full Merino Red Leather package. By the time I arrived at the dealership, he had the car full washed and ready for me to see in its best condition. He then offered for me to take it for a test drive. While on the test drive, Alfredo explained a few things that are new on the 2026 M4 from the previous M4 I purchased a few years ago. After the test drive, we came inside to go over the numbers. It was at this time that Alfredo introduced me to Wonnell Godfrey. Wonnell was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest and upfront. He went over all of the information and provided a few different options depending on the down payment I was looking to make. He and Alfredo made me feel really at home not only showing me that they wanted my business, but that they both valued my business. Of course 50% of my decision was the car and the options it had, but the reason I went ahead and made the decision to lease the car from Delray Beach BMW without going to the other two dealerships was simple. As representatives of the business, my interactions with Alfredo and Wonnell won my business! I am a business owner for over 25 years. Yes, price is important but for me its not as important as the people I am doing business with. I knew after meeting with these guys, this was the dealership I wanted to do business with. By the time I started signing paperwork I felt like I was dealing with friends. Alfredo even bought me lunch, which showed his level of integrity since he already had my business. Not all dealerships are created equally, and after being in and out of BMW dealerships in South Florida for over 15 years, my future business will now exclusively be with Delray Beach BMW. I have rarely felt a genuine affection for a car. I had a 2013 XC60 before this and technologically, the 2020 is lightyears ahead. You can tell how much thought Volvo put into this car when the Auto Start/Stop feature is so seamless that I have no desire to turn it off. I give all voice commands for everything from climate to Nav to radio so there is no need to take your eye off of the road.

I have owned the 2018 XC60 T8 Inscription for 3 years now. The vehicle was brand new and now has over 110k miles on it. Here is the breakdown of my rating: Performance - The T8 has incredible acceleration and handling, but the braking is a bit touchy. Easy to get used to, but easy to trigger some of the active safety features the first time you hit the brakes. Not a quick as a Tesla, but a 5.3s 0-60mph is impressive in a 4-cyl SUV. Styling - I absolutely love the sleek, minimalist styling Volvo is known for, and the XC60 fits that to a T. Clean lines, and incredibly comfortable. But they can keep the crystal shifter… Reliability - I have had -0- mechanical or performance issues, and only had to replace wear items. I docked it one star because of a glitch in the infotainment system that decided to max out the gain on the microphone right next to a speaker and send a shrill 90dB screech into the cabin… once the software was flashed the problem went away - only happened once and was a free repair (well out of warranty). I am definitely going to be a Volvo owner for life and am looking forward to taking advantage of the overseas delivery program with my next Volvo purchase.
