Second Steingold purchase in less than 12 months. Unfortunately one of our other family vehicles (VW Passat) was totaled in recent accident. Although I was not initially shopping for another Volvo (because I already had one and like change) I decided to replace our totaled car with another Volvo from Steingold. Safety matters, especially with young, less experienced drivers. Everyone knows Volvo’s are one of the safest cars on the road. The thought of going through the car buying process again was something I was not looking forward to. One visit to another dealership confirmed what I already knew (and had already experienced first hand). I have purchased over 20 cars in last 35 years of all makes and models (Audi, Acura, BMW, Dodge, Ford, Infiniti, Honda, Lexus, Nissan, Toyota, VW, Volvo) from small dealerships to large auto groups. Recently purchased a CPO XC70 from Steingold. Solid, good experience. Clear and direct communication throughout the entire process. A fair deal. They also worked with me to add some accessories I wanted. I was coming from out-of-state and one of the owners even came in on his day off to meet with me so we could finish the transaction. This is an old-school, family run dealership. With active, on-site owners. Many dealers today are part of larger multi-dealer corporate conglomerates. With absentee owners. Depending on the general manager and rest of staff, such dealers may still be well run. However, there is something to be said for the old-school model. Steingold is committed to the local area as well. Also, convenient location just off the highway. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The 2 salespeople I worked with Michelle and Jasmin(Jazz) were outstanding and a pleasure to work with Michelle went to incredible lengths to put me in touch with the car I was interested in. She answered all of my questions about costs, discounts, etc... and validated all of my concerns especially with the available financing options. Jazz was able to transfer all the information needed to make an absolutely incredible deal. I loved my conversations with Michelle and the stress free signing of the paperwork with Jazz.
