He led me through the process in a very professional manner being knowledgeable, accommodating, helping me to make right decision by offering variety of options and outlining each in details. I felt like he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle. I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been amazing including the 22 XC60 PHEV. I once had to wait for a part for longer than I would have liked but I was in a service loaner that was an upgrade to my car so I'm not really complaining. Overall, the car is quick, great on gas when I'm not using Electric daily. It's comfortable, great to look at, it can tow small boats/campers and is great for a small family/couple. I couldn't have been happier, it was just what I needed before going all the way EV.

A bit more of a wagon than a suv. Love the luxury package. The seat massage and pilot assist are my favorite features. Smooth ride!

Infotainment wasn't ready when I purchased the car. After approx 5 software updates in the first three months (mostly at the dealer), the car has been flawless. I now enjoy the Google interface very much, and love the car. I regularly get 45 miles e-range on easy highway drive, perfect for my commute. My car doesn't have air suspension, so the ride is arguably too firm for concrete pavement I have in my area. Could also be because of the curb rash-prone 20 inch wheels, I would choose an 18" wheel instead. Car materials and fit/finish are just superb, makes you feel special. It also makes driving my second car a chore :)

I seen alot of negative reviews here and honestly dont know why!! They have been awesome to me and were very patient. I think maybe people are upset over their fees but no one works for free and the fees are listed... Worked with Brandon Martinez and it worked out great. Just be sure to do your homework first thats all and you will be 100% here. I also think their positive google reviews are more accurate than the cars.com comments tbh.

I just picked up my new Volvo from Volvo Cars North Miami and the whole process was super smooth. Tito helped me out and he was awesome. Really friendly, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I wanted without any pressure. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Javier in finance made things simple and stress free. He walked me through all the details and answered every question, which made the paperwork part way easier than I expected. Serdar, the sales manager, also came over to check in and make sure everything went well. I really liked that personal touch. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish.
