Volvo Cars Of Winston-Salem has always taken care of the 2016 XC 60 I bought from them. Yesterday was no exception. When a strange joke began to occur on my car Tuesday, in spite of it first being told they were already booked and had no loaner cars they finally Told me if I could be there early and was able to get the car there Wednesday, they would see what was wrong. And not only did they get me in, they got the problem, diagnosed quickly, had the parts in stock, and had me out of there quickly even gave me a discount! Getting your car serviced at a dealership may be somewhat more costly, but it’s worth the peace of mind, knowing that the job will be done right.

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. My first Volvo S60 at this dealership in 2001. I bought my second Volvo from Chris Sellers in 2021. That’s how great Volvos are. I was recently at the dealership to get my annual Maintenance. The service staff listen to my request and did a great job for me. I even met the owner for the first time. Great experience!
