We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!

I have bought two used Volvos from DarCars Volvo in Rockville, Maryland and had excellent service from them. If you want a Volvo, this is where you should go! We were treated as if we were buying a brand-new Volvo. This time my husband and I worked with a new sales associate, Bea-Alice Sesay. Bea is courteous, personable, and answered all our questions (or checked with other DarCars staff for us). She responded quickly to emails and made our experience pleasant. This is my first all-electric car. Bea and her colleague, Manny, showed me all the car's features and spent time helping me understand the electronics. From start to finish, it was a pleasant and positive experience.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

He was very patient as we asked question after question while trying to make our final decision for our first Volvo purchase. We initially went to another Volvo dealer to test drive an XC40 and was not impressed with their level of engagement and professionalism. Luckily, the next day, we met Koffi Niamke-Bervell from Don Beyer Volvo. Koffi offered to come to our house to bring the car we wanted to test drive. He gave us a detailed introduction to how the car worked, the types of packages we could purchase and overall, was competent, friendly, and polite. I scheduled the earliest 8:00AM time slot for an oil change. My Service Advisor Ali Souley reviewed the recommendations on services that needed to be completed and noted that my wait time would not exceed 2 hours. Service was completed on a timely basis and within the cost estimate. ??

Sales Rep, Graham Byrd was very knowledgeable and attentive to questions and provided thorough guidance, overall excellent customer service skills. Markell Robinson was also instrumental in helping finalize the deal. In general, had a good experience with the process as I was pushing it back for quite some time and had to make a decision.

I bought my Volvo at Volvo Lindsay Alexandria. whenever I have an issue, a doubt or a yearly revision I visit them. I look for the person I know since the last years. I talk to Luis Cabrera because I know he will listen and follow the necessary steps to answer any concern I might have. I leave my car in Mr. Cabrera's hands and I feel safe and sure that I will be treated with professionalism and honesty.
