I cannot speak highly enough about Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia and their commitment to customer satisfaction. My wife and I were initially having some mechanical issues with our used Volvo purchase. Our sales rep Richard Ramey, shop rep Marcus Wise, and the rest of the Volvo team went above and beyond to ensure that our new family vehicle was fully repaired and problem-free at no additional cost to us. We are very pleased with the service at Mall of GA and are now long time customers.

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. Overall I strongly recommend the team at North point Volvo. They have always advocated for me and my warranty and have always treated me well. Most recently I did have an issue however where my car returned with a small ding that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I have yet to hear back from them on a resolution and I'm working on resolving this on my own but would have really liked if they had just quickly scheduled a PDR appointment for me to show up to. Still hoping it's a matter of following up with them and not them ignoring me.

Everyone who sells cars needs to move inventory. It is the exceptional sales person/team that listens to the customer. Nathan Butler understood what we wanted and went and got it for us; Nathan, as much as the vehicle, is the reason we bought what we did. We always appreciate a transparent and informative sales process, especially when it comes to a major purchase.

Had a terrific experience buying an XC-60. Ashley knew the car well and answered our questions directly. We asked to drive several cars before we chose the 2022 B5 but Ashley was patient and pleasant as we made the decision. Excellent dealership!

My family and I needed new vehicles and we narrowed it down to either Audi, Lexus, or Volvo. We have 2 kids so we needed something safe, comfortable, and reliable but not sacrificing luxury either. We test drove each brand and talked to their sales team. Lexus was okay. Audi did not disappoint but the car felt a little uncomfortable and outdated. Volvo, however, we were blown away! We worked with Jeana and Kevin. Each created a relaxing atmosphere that you don’t really feel with other dealerships. They treated our children well too! They had little coloring books and snacks. As far the deals they have: second to none. We feel like the price was fair and everything was explained to us, not sold to us. We had so many questions and Kevin would basically give you a straight answer. No fluff, no extra BS. Buying a car is heavy work. It takes a lot of your time and a lot of your hard earned money. If you’re going to spend money on something, make sure you spend it WITH the right people. Kevin targeted deals that fit exactly what we needed. We feel like we get the best deal out of the 3 brands because the service was top notch. Our cars are dope. Couldn’t be happier!

Hands down this was the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience EVER! My senior sales consultant was Shenita Monroe at Carmax Norcross , who was an excellent salesperson to buy my 2015 Subaru Outback car from . Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . Ashley Bush made our purchasing experience less painful and it was an amazing experience working with her. She was very knowledgeable and her insight made us feel very confident There was no pressure to purchase our car. The finance manager Greg Trask was great and help us to get throuhg all of the paper work with ease. He was well prepared and very accomodating. Ashley was very friendly and cordial and really work with us to get in the vehicle we like. It was one of the best experience we had in purhasing a vehicle. Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

Had to blindly pick a salesperson from several listed on the dealer's webpage for cars.com. It worked out well as Jeana Neeves responded and continued to get me figures and respond anytime I had a question. It seemed like everyone at this dealer worked together to make a deal happen

After a few awful experiences with other dealerships I contacted Volvo of Marietta and was connected with Tommy Fain. From the introduction Tommy was great. He listened to my frustrations and showed compassion. Tommy was very helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated efficiently and it never felt transactional. Within 48hrs I had my vehicle.
