I contacted Tracy Castillo when I received a promotional offer to upgrade ny 2017 S60 Inscription for a 2020 S60. My hopes were to get out of the current model I was in that I didn't like at all, for a new one, but for the same price. Tracy was amazing and helped me find an available model that would meet my needs. With assistance from Tony Tehrani, they found a loaner model that would meet my price range and the car is just amazing. Financing and paperwork done with Juilo at Culver City Volvo was quick ,easy, and very detailed. Lastly, I had Kylon give me a walk through of the car and showed me all the features. This was my first purchase at Culver City Volvo, 3rd Volvo S60 overall. All aspects of the shopping experience were positive - Arlene's responsiveness and direct no-nonsense price quote, Julio's painless and direct financing meeting to getting the car ready [and correcting a scratch before I even saw the car]. Very dedicated and customer oriented dealership. I drove 100 miles and they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign as I electronically sent all the documents. Took me 15-20 minutes to get the paperwork signed and complete formalities. They stayed beyond their work hours to get me the car. They truly live the motto "anything for customer satisfaction". Every mile driving to them was worth it! Kudos to my sales expert Syed (goes by Sach), Tim and Jim (Both Finance).
