As always, the service staff at Volvo Walnut creek were helpful, friendly, and very efficient. I was kept up to date on the progress of the service and repairs. Picking my car up took less than 5 minutes from the moment I arrived at the dealership. Perhaps, more important than time -- the process felt very safe. Staff were very respectful of social distancing, sanitizing, and wearing masks.

I would like to tell everyone how Jay Hite greeted us with smile and helped my wife find the car she fell in love with. We have been looking and shopping for while now and the amount of people that approached us like it was a bad day was far too many over the past month. Jay made me feel like he cared about finding the best fit for my wife and work with our budget to get the car we could afford. As usual, the drop off was easy, my service advisor was great, my service was completed in a timely fashion, and it was returned clean!

I received quotes from San Francisco, Walnut Creek, and Burlingame and Adam Abughosh was the most responsive and conscientious and he gave me a competitive price. I also appreciated all the social distancing measures that McKevitt had implemented. I talked to Burlingame about doing a test drive, but they would have had a salesperson in the back seat of the car with me, which made me feel uncomfortable. I was really nervous about buying a car during this time, but Adam and McKevitt made it a remarkably easy, low stress experience.

Our sales consultant, Anthony Meadows, was absolutely amazing and hands down provided the best experience we've had when purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely attentive to our needs, responded to our text messages regardless of time or day, and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I never felt rushed with Anthony and he even took the time to assist us with installing load bars on the roof of the vehicle.
