I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

The service team at this dealership is great! They communicate well and are very knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back to this dealership when I buy my next car.

I love my car I’ve only put 2,000 miles on it so far but it runs perfectly and is so comfortable and convenient with kids.

Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I went in to service my 2018 XC60. My lease was due in March 2021 so I was just beginning to browse cars. I was able to make an appointment for my service and to look in the showroom (thanks covid :) online which was super easy. Both were confirmed via phone call and it was so easy. I dropped off my vehicle and was ushered inside. My salesperson greeted me and showed me the cars I was interested in. I wasn't sure I was going to lease a new vehicle that day. I just wanted to get an idea of what was out there. However, the process was easy, the vehicle they had was exactly what I wanted and they offered me a great price. I couldn't turn it down. I left with a new car and I am so pleased.

I have personally bought two different vehicles from this dealership they were both used and they were both very reliable cars. I have to make a shout out to my advisor, his name is Taylor swagger, I have been asking him for almost impossible outcomes for the last 10 years, this man delivers everything I asked for plus. I just had a new set of tires put on my Camaro this week and an inspection and a muffler install two pass inspection. Taylor actually brought the tires that came off my car over to my house this weekend. Where do you find people like this? This gentleman has done everything under the sun for me and then use his own personal vehicle to bring me tires that came off of my Camaro to my house. I will never forget this gesture that this gentleman did for me, he didn't want to put my old tires in my Camaro so I can bring them home myself, again use his own personal vehicle to bring them to my house. What a guy

Purchased my 5th "gently used" white Volvo S60 AWD with beige interior today. Every 5 years, like clockwork. And yes, those specs are a firm requirement. I love the crew, from sales to service, with many of these folks like family since I've been working with them since I moved to the KC area 15 years ago.

Our experience was completely random. We were on our way to Florida from Nebraska. (We were taking a friends vehicle to Florida for her). Once in the car, we decided to listen to audio books on our trip. Try as we may, we were unsuccessful in pairing a phone and getting the book to play over the vehicle sound system. We stopped in the Volvo dealership in Overland Park to see if we could get some assistance. We went into the showroom and were greeted by a very nice representative. We told her that this would be the most unique request she would have all day. We told her our predicament and she said, “You’re in luck! I happen to be the tech support for this dealership! Let’s go out to your car and we’ll get you all ready to listen to your book.” We went out to the vehicle and with in a matter of minutes had all our questions answered, our audio book playing in the vehicle and thanked us for stopping by. I’ve always had Volvo sedans as my daily driver. Safe, reliable, and served me well. Two made it to 200,000 miles. We decided to get an SUV for road trips and this is an amazing vehicle. This is the most luxurious and most high tech Volvo I’ve owned. The safety features are amazing. The ride is so comfortable. It has more power as well. Gas mileage could be better - but it is an SUV. Totally satisfied so far. This may be the last car I own now that I’m retired and won’t be driving 20,000 miles a year.

You don't take the car with you, the car brings you, you sit in the chair, not on it. First two gears are short, which confuse people behind you, expecting to be faster away at traffic lights. But from 3rd gear on it just goes. Its like sailing a ship, tiny bit waggly but smooooooth. I own a D5, it's my second home.
