I recently purchased my first car from Carspot. Everybody there was helpful and they gave me a great deal. They worked with me to have a low down payment because I am a student. They have a variety of options that I liked(10 ) and I chose a 2012 Nissan Maxima because it has a nice and sporty look. We happened upon a 2003 T-6 XC90 three years ago, while shopping for a used commuter car for my husband. Just for fun we test drove it, and loved it. We ended up buying it to replace my 2001 Mazda Tribute 4x4. We did have some repairs we needed to do, such as replace a few broken exterior door handles (the plastic components don't hold up well to the cold CO winters), the CV boots, and the coolant reservoir in the 3 years that we owned it. Other than that, we only had typical maintenance, such as tire replacement and oil changes. One of the reasons we purchased it was because of the high safety ratings. That paid off last week, when another driver, in an attempt to pass up stopped traffic, entered the left passing lane and struck me from the side while I was attempting to turn left. The driver was distracted and driving recklessly. She did not engage in any evasive maneuvers, as her distractions resulted in her not seeing my "big black tank" in front of her. Despite being hit by a car going quite fast, and despite the fact that my car was deemed a "total loss," to the surprise of the EMTs, witnesses, and police officers, I walked away with only minor injuries (bruised finger, sprained thumb, and whiplash). They arrived at the scene expecting to rush me to the ER. I walked away from that accident. One EMT exclaimed, "I might be in the market for a Volvo now." I replied, "me too." The safety that my XC90 provided me was well worth the price we paid for it. In the end, the insurance company estimated the pre-accident condition to be $1000 MORE than what we paid for the vehicle 3 years ago. Today, we are heading out to purchase another XC90. This time, it is a 2006 V8. I'm not sure why used Volvos are so affordable, but I am grateful, because even at nearly 14 years old, my 2003 was built safe enough to save my life.

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

Faulkner provided wonderful service throughout my car buying process, and a lengthy one at that. The title for the used car I put a deposit on took over TWO months to process (not their fault, government docs are taking a while to process right now), but Faulkner did not leave me empty handed and without a car. Eric from Sales and Mark from Service were able to provide a lovely loaner car for me while I waited. I ended up loving the loaner car so much that I bought it instead!! Thank you to the sales and service team for helping me and working with me!! The only qualm I had was during the financing review where I felt rushed to complete these important contracts and was chastised for reading everything within the documents. This was my first time purchasing a car and seeing this kind of paperwork, which I had disclosed, so I was disappointed with the finance department who wanted to rush to the next customer instead of tending to the one in front of them, actively purchasing a new car. I would have provided 5 stars otherwise.

Very happy with the XC90. Finding more reasons to like it every time I drive it. Car feels solid and safe. Stepping on the gas gives it a fast start off the line. Purchases it pre-owned,brakes chattered a little. So soon after had both brakes done, now it stopes beautifully, no noise, no vereing, no problems. My last vehicle was a Honda CRV. The hood is bigger and took some getting used to. I was not crazy about spending 81 dollars to fill up and top off the tank. But I am still on the first tank(little less than 1/2 a tank left) I never thought I would ever be able to afford or drive a Volvo in my life time,but I am! Living the dream!

First let me say that if we had read the reviews before going to check out the vehicles at CARNDRIVE, we would not have gone there, after our friend recommended we go there to find an affordable truck. Now let me say we are SO GLAD we DID NOT read these reviews. Let me tell y’all. Don’t read the reviews. If you are looking for a quality vehicle at an affordable price, go see Alexa, Mo, Manny and their crew at CARNDRIVE. They have a wide selection of excellent vehicles to choose from. It was truly a pleasurable experience and we purchased an excellent vehicle- a 2012 F150 Lariat in great condition. Everyone at CARNDRIVE was pleasant, friendly, courteous, patient, and accommodating. Even the guys detailing the cars. We especially appreciated the finance lesson from Manny. Don’t read the reviews. Go experience it for yourself. You might find exactly what you are looking for. We will be back to purchase one of those pretty cars in a few months. 😊

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Everyone I dealt with at Faulkner Volvo was welcoming and friendly. My rep was helpful and explained everything clearly. They use technology to keep you updated throughout the whole process. The waiting room had snacks, seltzer, water and coffee. It was a comfortable wait for my car.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Even though the service department was exceptionally busy that day, I didn’t mind waiting in their comfortable waiting room. Mike continually checked in personally with updates and apologies for the wait.

Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

This was the first time I went to this Volvo dealership. I have two Volvo automobiles that I purchased at a different dealership. I decided to take my wife’s car and immediately I was impressed by the Personal detail and kindness that each person showed they’re waiting. Area was above par. Unexpectedly as soon as they finish with my wife’s car, I decided to take my car to get an oil change and other services. Once again, their service was excellent
