Volvo Cars of Fort Washington provided me with EXCELLENT service. The buying process was so easy, relaxed, and quick! I was in an out of the dealership within a few hours and got an amazing deal on the car I purchased. I purchased a used vehicle from their dealership where I was helped by Kevin their sales manager. The car was in perfect condition, cleaned spotless and ready for me the second I was ready to leave. Kevin was extremely patient with me while I was trying to receive copies of my insurance, etc. I have gotten an inspection and oil change done here and the service department was very nice and did a great job! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car or looking to get serviced.

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. Drew Jennings and Marc Anderson, were helpful, a pleasure to work with, and responsive to questions. Drew was very helpful in arranging two test drives, the second with the car I would then buy. I don't often give five stars in ratings. Volvo Cars earned these stars.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

My overall experience with Volvo was awesome!! I wasn't ready on my first visit several weeks prior. Upon my return, I was ready to get my dream car! Daniel was the salesperson that helped me. I was very appreciative of the high level of professionalism, patience, and overall friendly demeanor he displayed throughout the entire process. I tend to ask a lot of questions when I'm nervous and/or unsure. Daniel was very patient and understanding. He made me feel comfortable enough to move forward with my purchase. The finance guy (sorry, I forgot his name) was really cool and down-to-earth. Again, I had questions. He was able to answer ALL of them with ease. I am grateful to say that I was very well supported each step of way towards leasing my car. Thanks!!! :)

I have been doing business with Volvo FW for 15 years. When my beloved 2003 S60 passed away in 2018, they hooked me up with a 2018 S60. At the time I was going through some major family issues, and the amazing sales manager (Paul Mlinko) and salesperson (Scott Marziani) worked closely with me to come up with the perfect solution to meet my needs. I really like the video speaking to the needed repairs. And, the waiting area is quite comfortable. I also have to compliment ALL the staff very friendly, helpful and most of all sincerely caring. Our car suffered an unanticipated and complete electrical shutdown on Saturday afternoon. We had the car towed in, they found space on their schedule, and we had the car back on Tuesday. They efficiently addressed what could have been a hugely inconvenient and expensive problem.

We had the most incredible service at Berwyn Volvo. Kevin, our salesperson, was attentive, helpful but not pushy and my daughter even said that we can’t buy any car except from him! Jordan made sure we knew every inch of the car and how it worked. When we left, the feeling was like you were part of the Volvo family.
