On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. This was the first time I went to this Volvo dealership. I have two Volvo automobiles that I purchased at a different dealership. I decided to take my wife’s car and immediately I was impressed by the Personal detail and kindness that each person showed they’re waiting. Area was above par. Unexpectedly as soon as they finish with my wife’s car, I decided to take my car to get an oil change and other services. Once again, their service was excellent

keystone Volvo was a life saver! They came and helped me get my car in without having to hire a tow truck. They provided a loaner over a very important weekend. They investigated what would be covered by warranty. Thank you for the great support and professionalism!

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Service department is always excellent! They are helpful and very accommodating, and could not be nicer.

Karl who checked me is always friendly. He explains everything and adds that personal touch to every experience. He is a pleasure to deal with and so is this dealership.

Found my truck online and called Mark with some questions. I have bought cars out of state previously, and was willing to do so again for the right car and deal. I was shocked that Brown Daub took care of everything including my out of state registration. Mark came in on his day off and we picked up our beautiful Volvo. Easy Peasy... amazing customer service. Mark is exceptional and my wife feel very comfortable with the process.

I have never had a bad experience with Brown-Daub, I schedule appointments easily, and the work is always done completely and thoroughly. Everything is explained in detail (when appropriate) and completed in a timely manner.

The service staff is Great! Dawn, Karl, and Kellsey are the best... Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They look out for your best interest in servicing your vehicle and treat you like a family member.

Im writing a review through my friends account. But I recently went through several (about 8 different dealerships, both larger and smaller) in the attemlt to shop for a Lexus rx350...Hopefully in good condition and at a good price. Well about a month ago i saw on cargurus a beautiful rx350 2015, at 39k miles. 30+ Days later my adventures of nj, ny, philadelphia, harrisburg,etc... = Rebuilds, rebuilt titles, sloppy rebuilds, weak customer service, not so experienced or not so well trained sales reps, scamming dishonest sales attempts, failure upon test drive or in person visit. I insisted on doing all of this, because even though IAS had a beautiful vehicle, i thought the grass could be greener on the other side. *Note= IAS was 5 min drive down the hill from my residence. Wowwww, ...Lessons reviewed and lessons learned. Not so simple! 1. If you are in the market shopping for high end import or luxury, go buy a new vehicle and you'll be set. At full price. 2. If you want a high quality pre owned of the import type such as, BMW, Volvo, Audi, Mercedes, Lexus, higher end vehicles but of a sure certainty of quality reconditioning and maintenance work within the Lehigh Valley? Just cut to the chase go check out IAS in Easton. :) That simple! Its a smaller lot but with good vehicles, no clunkers or frauds.

Worth every penny! Purchased it a few months ago, and I absolutely love it, great gas mileage and very quick for its size, very underrated!!!

Our purchase/trade in didn’t end up working out but this was by far the friendliest, low pressure car shopping experience I have even had. They don’t give you the run around here. If opportunity comes up to work with them again, will definitely take it

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Volvo Cars of Fort Washington provided me with EXCELLENT service. The buying process was so easy, relaxed, and quick! I was in an out of the dealership within a few hours and got an amazing deal on the car I purchased. I purchased a used vehicle from their dealership where I was helped by Kevin their sales manager. The car was in perfect condition, cleaned spotless and ready for me the second I was ready to leave. Kevin was extremely patient with me while I was trying to receive copies of my insurance, etc. I have gotten an inspection and oil change done here and the service department was very nice and did a great job! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car or looking to get serviced.

Drew Jennings and Marc Anderson, were helpful, a pleasure to work with, and responsive to questions. Drew was very helpful in arranging two test drives, the second with the car I would then buy. I don't often give five stars in ratings. Volvo Cars earned these stars.
