I really enjoy this dealership and my service agent - Alex. I have taken my Volvo to two previous dealerships for service that should be covered by Volvo's warranty (Santa Monica and Pasadena) and both times have come away disappointed. South Bay Volvo serviced my V90 no questions asked.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Ghaleb did an amazing job getting us into the exact car we wanted. He was extremely thorough, insightful and prompt through the entire experience. His knowledge of thee brand and features of the vehicle were amazing. He listened to our needs and wants attentively. The entire process went well. After the vehicle of our dreams was located, the negotiation process with Kimo was great. The entire team at Volvo Orange County is amazing. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them and we will be back again.

I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. The previous time I was in he prioritized finding the cause of our warning lights going off, knowing that we had a family weekend planned and we needed the car as soon as possible. This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Volvo is known for safety and this one delivers with all the latest safety features. But it also adds performance with a combination of supercharging for power off the line, with turbocharging to add power in mid range. Together they deliver performance similar to a V8 with a lot better mpg. The interior is very modern and tasteful. Seats very comfortable. We opted for the air suspension system which really makes a difference in our area with rough roads. I'd recommend it to anyone. Also added the high performance sound system from Bowers and Wilkins. I did not think I wanted to pay up for it, but once I heard it I couldn't pass it up. Many great tech features like Pilot Assist (auto drive), cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, auto park, etc. Recommend the T6 level powertrain, the Air Suspension, and if you can swing it, the Bowers and Wilkins sound system.

Staff was friendly but i left without being able to have my app hooked up to my car and I was looking forward to that feature

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

My experience at Nash Auto was a memorable one. I came here to buy my daughter her first vehicle. I looked everywhere around the market contacted different dealerships. No one ever got back to me. The only dealership that got back to me was Nash Auto. JR was amazing. He went over financing demo the vehicle for us allowed us to take it for a test drive provided us a full detail car look like it was brand new. This was my first purchase at Culver City Volvo, 3rd Volvo S60 overall. Excellent service every time! Always used this dealership! Parts store is also well stocked so it is convenient to get supplies right away instead of having to wait for orders to come in!

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

The service center advisors have always surpassed excellence with the way they treat me and how informed they keep me while I wait. Also, the level of professionalism of all Volvo of Ontario employees is top notched. I love my car and I love the service I receive from your company. Best purchase ever!
