I cannot speak highly enough about Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia and their commitment to customer satisfaction. My wife and I were initially having some mechanical issues with our used Volvo purchase. Our sales rep Richard Ramey, shop rep Marcus Wise, and the rest of the Volvo team went above and beyond to ensure that our new family vehicle was fully repaired and problem-free at no additional cost to us. This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Had a terrific experience buying an XC-60. Ashley knew the car well and answered our questions directly. We asked to drive several cars before we chose the 2022 B5 but Ashley was patient and pleasant as we made the decision. Excellent dealership!

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Hands down this was the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience EVER! My senior sales consultant was Shenita Monroe at Carmax Norcross , who was an excellent salesperson to buy my 2015 Subaru Outback car from . Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

My experience with this dealership was respectable. I was looking for a specific vehicle online. The particular vehicle was shown to be at their dealership. I sent a inquiry about the vehicle. Within a short period of time I was contacted with video of the vehicle, several photos of the vehicle, and all the information that I would have asked for if I were shopping in person. I spoke with the internet representative for the dealership. He offered a fair price for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Great service and a great experience.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

I brought my daughter in to find a car, although we didn’t get the car she originally wanted Vic helped us find one she absolutely loves and Vic made the process supper easy and his employee Kaleb was very entertaining while we waiting for the bank answer back on our approval. The whole process time was roughly an hour. If you need/ want a car I highly recommend going to see them!

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

Everyone who sells cars needs to move inventory. It is the exceptional sales person/team that listens to the customer. Nathan Butler understood what we wanted and went and got it for us; Nathan, as much as the vehicle, is the reason we bought what we did. We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

Volvo is known for safety and this one delivers with all the latest safety features. But it also adds performance with a combination of supercharging for power off the line, with turbocharging to add power in mid range. Together they deliver performance similar to a V8 with a lot better mpg. The interior is very modern and tasteful. Seats very comfortable. We opted for the air suspension system which really makes a difference in our area with rough roads. I'd recommend it to anyone. Also added the high performance sound system from Bowers and Wilkins. I did not think I wanted to pay up for it, but once I heard it I couldn't pass it up. Many great tech features like Pilot Assist (auto drive), cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, auto park, etc. Recommend the T6 level powertrain, the Air Suspension, and if you can swing it, the Bowers and Wilkins sound system.

This car is nothing short of superb. A pleasure to drive and gives you the feeling of complete safety. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in purchasing one.
