Volvo Cars of Fort Washington provided me with EXCELLENT service. The buying process was so easy, relaxed, and quick! I was in an out of the dealership within a few hours and got an amazing deal on the car I purchased. I purchased a used vehicle from their dealership where I was helped by Kevin their sales manager. The car was in perfect condition, cleaned spotless and ready for me the second I was ready to leave. Kevin was extremely patient with me while I was trying to receive copies of my insurance, etc. I have gotten an inspection and oil change done here and the service department was very nice and did a great job! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car or looking to get serviced.

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Good selection and good prices. Got 2 cars from them within 6 months, they gave me a good deal on my second car. Both cars are in a great running condition, only had to do some regular maintenance but other than that I had no problems. They don’t charge any hidden fees which is fair because I’ve been to dealerships that charged me almost $1000 extra for nothing. The whole process is very straightforward and fast. We bought a used 2011 Volvo XC90 (170K mls.) for our teenagers and are very pleased with conditions of the exterior, comfort of the ride and power of the car. The previous owners did a good job at keeping up with the maintenance and had new tires recently added before they sold it. We did have to address some repairs within a few weeks but it was to be expected. Very solid car with a great reputation for safety.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Drew Jennings and Marc Anderson, were helpful, a pleasure to work with, and responsive to questions. Drew was very helpful in arranging two test drives, the second with the car I would then buy. I don't often give five stars in ratings. Volvo Cars earned these stars.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

My service appointment was a breeze. I was greeted immediately and given a loaner car which I requested in advance. I was able to shop and grab a bite to eat in the local area while I waited for my car. The service to my car was excellent. I am a completely satisfied customer of Cherry Hill Volvo.

Thursday night, I bought my third Volvo from Cherry Hill Volvo. I was not planning on leasing a new car. I was picking up my car from service and my fiancé was the one interested. We worked with Ezra Nathan. He is fanatic. Very patient, knowledgeable, professional and chill. On a whim I asked if I could end my existing lease early and get into a new car. He sprang into action and within in minutes, I was picking out a new car and crunching numbers. As with every Volvo I purchased, I feel like I got an amazing deal on an amazing car at an amazing dealership. I cannot say enough great things about Cherry Hill Volvo and in particular, Ezra Nathan. If you’re looking for a great person to guide you through buying/leasing a new Volvo, stop by and ask for Ezra. It is such a chill, smooth, easy process working with him. He know his stuff and if he doesn’t, he gets the answers quick. I absolutely loved working with him and when it’s time again in three years, I hope to work with him on my next vehicle.

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

I could have selected a number of different reason for why I enjoyed my experience with Stillman Volvo. The personnel, amenities, the website as well as the financial process were all a 10.

We had Volvo in mind going into the car buying process, we had been in touch with Ezra Nathan for about 1 month after test driving both the XC60 and XC. In March, we finally had a better understanding for what made sense to us, reached out to Ezra and set up another appointment. Throughout the process, Ezra was informative, insightful and put more of an emphasis on teaching us about Volvos than selling us a car. Ezra was very flexible and accommodating as we determined what was best for us.

Purchased new 2019 Land Cruiser from this dealer. From first contact they were professional, polite and friendly. The sales person Eric Bausman was great and very professional. Eric gave me couple of options for buying the car with different prices. In day X I just came signed all paperwork and that's it. The price was the same what I got online. No tricks, no pressing easy and fast. That was my fastest a car purchase. It's took about 1,5 hours. Super! Will see when I get a registration and tags. I'm living in Maryland ( a dealership located in PA ) that's why they were unable to make a registration with tags in same day. I should receive all this things by mail. Now I have a temporary tags for 60 days. So, I will update my review when I get everything else. Overall it was a great experience with this dealership and personally Eric Bausman. THANKS

This car came into my life by surprise and I am in love with how well it has treated me. I am about to hit 180,000 miles and with regular work done (oil changes & etc) this car does not give me an impression that it will die anytime soon. I have run into typical older car problems, such as burnt out headlights. One thing that was my only "big'' problem, was that the hardware to my exhaust rotted out, which was a pricey minor fix (as it is Volvo) but worth it compared to replacing the whole thing. The seats are super comfortable for short and long drives. It handles unbelievably well in winter weather. With Volvos safety ratings I never feel uneasy when driving in dangerous conditions. I love this car and its made me fall in love with Volvos. Looking for my next Volvo right now, I will for sure miss this gem.

I had 2 issues following my Detail visit. One involved unfinished cleaning of my dashboard area which was promptly remedied. The other was a missing letter ?K? from the rear of my car. New letters were ordered and I will make an appt this week to have them applied. Everyone was agreeable and most courteous.

Andrea was wonderful. She was helpful and took great care of us. Some bumps in the process, but she took control to fix the problem - which is rare.

My Audi coordinator Susan was excellent! She communicated the entire process with me so I was fully aware of all charges. She made me feel valued as a customer. I will only take my car to Audi Ft Washington to be serviced from now on.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

I was extremely impressed with Sean Connolly who handled our recent lease- buy out of our QX50. I did not purchase the car from Holman, but he took the initiative to explain our options both in the short run and in the long run as well. Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

T6 106k miles, replaced Brake pads, spark plugs, and one to engine mount. Everything works! Amazing auto pilot up to 80mph lifetime avg 21.3 MPG mixed driving, regular gas! Quiet, blast T6, super comfortable seats, active safety! I cant think of anything better. Stay away from T5
