My overall experience with Volvo was awesome!! I wasn't ready on my first visit several weeks prior. Upon my return, I was ready to get my dream car! Daniel was the salesperson that helped me. I was very appreciative of the high level of professionalism, patience, and overall friendly demeanor he displayed throughout the entire process. I tend to ask a lot of questions when I'm nervous and/or unsure. Daniel was very patient and understanding. He made me feel comfortable enough to move forward with my purchase. The finance guy (sorry, I forgot his name) was really cool and down-to-earth. Again, I had questions. He was able to answer ALL of them with ease. I was looking for a car for my wife and had been to a few other dealers. Nobody else made my car buying experience as comfortable as Bob and Mike. Those guys are great and they make it fun just to be around. Everyone at this dealer does their absolute best to make sure customers are satisfied. And they are very upfront with everything they sell. There are no crazy hidden fees or surprises when buying from this place. The service department at IAS is also great and they stand behind their cars. Had a cracked spark plug causing a misfire and these guys fixed it up quick and even gave us a loaner while they had the car. Michael and the service team was exceptionally accommodating. I love this place so much that I bought 2 cars from them 11 days apart. They earned my trust and business for a long time to come.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

I have been doing business with Volvo FW for 15 years. When my beloved 2003 S60 passed away in 2018, they hooked me up with a 2018 S60. At the time I was going through some major family issues, and the amazing sales manager (Paul Mlinko) and salesperson (Scott Marziani) worked closely with me to come up with the perfect solution to meet my needs. And... we must not forget the wonderful Matt Huffman in service! He took great care of my 2003 and I look foward to continuing the relationship for 15 more years! :) THANKS ALL!

Volvo is known for safety and this one delivers with all the latest safety features. But it also adds performance with a combination of supercharging for power off the line, with turbocharging to add power in mid range. Together they deliver performance similar to a V8 with a lot better mpg. The interior is very modern and tasteful. Seats very comfortable. We opted for the air suspension system which really makes a difference in our area with rough roads. I'd recommend it to anyone. Also added the high performance sound system from Bowers and Wilkins. I did not think I wanted to pay up for it, but once I heard it I couldn't pass it up. Many great tech features like Pilot Assist (auto drive), cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, auto park, etc. Recommend the T6 level powertrain, the Air Suspension, and if you can swing it, the Bowers and Wilkins sound system.
