My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!

Absolutely love this car. Sleek styling, luxurious wood trim interior, seats made in heaven, this car is excellent for long trips. Engine has plenty of go. Only draw back is the fuel mileage, if that's a buying point for you, stay away. 21 mpg on a good day.

Great car with a lot of standard Volvo features that cost extra on other luxury brands. We’ve had this model for a few years and bought the extended warranty however we never needed it. These cars are built in Sweden and typically - like ours - only need regular maintenance. A safe choice and one we are glad we made.

I recently bought a Lexus from carneed & Elman was my salesperson. Let me just say buying a car unseen & shipped can be a nightmare as I’ve had one many years ago. Purchased my 2010 Volvo S80 used with 89k miles. I now have over 215k miles and the car has remained very reliable with only minor repairs required during my ownership. This was my first Volvo experience. Here are a couple things worth noting for those considering this vehicle. By far the most enjoyable vehicle I have owned for long distance driving. My fatigue is minimal when driving this car compared to others. The 3.2L engine is very smooth and powerful. 3,500lb towing capacity! I’ve been able to pull my 2k lb boat on multiple vacations over 1k miles with out issues. Parts are available at FCP Euro for a reasonable price if you are handy and can perform minor maintenance on your own. This has saved me significantly. I love the the premium sound system, seats and ride quality. After 215k miles, the car is still tight with little noise. Build quality is exceptional. I’ve enjoyed this car so much that I purchased a 2012 S80 T6 AWD recently. Having driven both, I’m indifferent from a commuting perspective on the extra hp. I find the 3.2 is more than adequate with torque and acceleration and returns on average 26mpg. The 2010 remains in the family and I have no doubt it will achieve 250k miles. Excellent work Volvo!

Really like the comfortable seats and multiple safety features. As my wife and I are getting along in years these are the things that have moved to the front of our must have list. Our Volvo is a pleasure to own and drive.

I have confidence that the work is done right, with quality parts, and they respect my budget. I love my car, and I love the service we get at Fields Volvo.

I usually take my Volvos to Northfield for service. What they may occasionally lack in best prices they make up for in a comfortable waiting area and free food and drink. This time my visit was unexpected because my alloy rim had cracked from some harsh road hazard. Steven was great at accommodating me and at keeping my price as low as possible. He's an excellent service advisor and almost single-handedly earned this five-star rating.

Service advisor Crystal Montanez was very efficient in getting my XC-60 warranty service done within the promised 2-hour time window.

This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

Car drives great, most comfortable seats I have ever had in a car. Interior quality is good and car has not broken down in 4 years and 80K miles. Have always been a Toyota person but I have been converted to a loyal Volvo owner.

The moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I gave them a call before I was coming and they had the car ready for me right way for a test drive. The car was nicely detailed and clean for an older car, I could barely tell it was used. Not only was the car right for me, the staff members made the process that much easier for me to get the vehicle right away. I love the car except for the seat settings. Being short I accidentally edit those every time I exit the car. Also, the pedals don?t adjust forward, so I had blocks put onto the pedals and left foot rest Service staff is inconsiderate and unresponsive

My boyfriend and I came in to get me a kinda-sporty lookin, reasonably-priced new car. I’ve always brought a guy with me to car places in case they try to dupe me or intimidate me, but the guy who helped me was so nice, knew a TON about the cars, and seemed really trustworthy. I wouldn’t up buying the car he recommended based on the 1000 wants I had, and I LOVE IT! Overall a pretty good experience there, made GREAT by the sales guy who helped us. He knew his stuff backwards and forwards, and even when he was maybe tryin to upsell me, he gave real reasons either way and let me decide! I’m writing this review because I so appreciated him - Benson. Shout out to you, man. You were the BEST! My bf said he might come there - just to see Benson - when he’s lookin for a new car end of summer. Benson’s our new car guy and I swear we’ve been telling everyone we know! :)
