I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

I went in to Mohawk Honda not knowing what I wanted, the models, etc. Mike Decker was so helpful and explained everything to me. I went in just to start looking for a car, but ended up getting one! Sondra in finance and Ben (who showed me all the features) were personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommended Mohawk Honda!

I was very hesitant to start looking for a newer car being that mine was very old and parts were going. I decided to go into Matthew's auto just to see what my options could be being that my credit is not stellar. And I cannot saying enough good stuff about the entire staff. I left Sunday but Connor who was absolutely amazing Gave me encouraging words and I didn't think I would get approved. But he said come on back see what happens and the gentleman in finance. I don't know his name. I wish I did right now because I would love to give him a huge compliment. Between both gentlemen I now own a brand new car. If it wasn't for their help their knowledge I would not be in the vehicle I'm in. I am extremely satisfied. It's very much smaller than my. Old car but it was the smartest choice and I love it and I wouldn't change a thing. I could go on and on but I cannot say enough good things about Matthew's auto. The entire team is amazing they work together they're Extremely friendly Connor is absolutely amazing. I probably would have given up not if it had not been for him and the gentleman from finance. My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

Ann was so helpful during the car buying process. I have never bought a car on my own, Ann walked me through it. She was so patient. I saw it online on a Thursday, received an email that night. Talked back and forth with Ann via email, on the phone Friday morning. Friday I went to my bank and left with the check to buy my new car. I’m a Kia sorento fan, this car is everything I wanted. The interior is mint. Drives like a dream. I love the fact they offer a warranty and have other options to upgrade the warranty. Ann and Dave are amazing and trustworthy. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. I look forward to doing more business in the future.

I have owned my 2013 S60 T6 AWD for a little over 2 years now and it is an exceptional car. The looks, the power, the handling, all around a very solid and capable vehicle. I have taken it on several road trips and every mile is a joy to drive - I have not had any serious issues and have just done regular maintenance. Would highly recommend the 3.0 T6 AWD S60 if you can find one!

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

I needed a van for my business and called Bob Karl's to see if they had any in stock that fit what I needed. Bob said he didn't have what I was looking for in stock but he would find one for me and 8 days later he called me about a cargo van that was exactly what I needed. I’ve owned my 2014 Volvo S60 T5 since late 2022 (roughly 2 years) and here’s my experience so far: Pros: -Superior safety; Volvo prides itself with fantastic safety ratings and constantly keeps the latest safety standards in mind when designing restraints and airbags. -Outstanding comfort; Hands down, most comfortable seats that I’ve sat in. Warmer weather oriented and has heated seats all around, heated windshield, and heated mirrors as standard. Suspension is butter smooth and interior is quiet with good tires. -Stylish Interior and Exterior; interior is luxurious and uses high quality materials. Entertainment features are tilted slightly towards driver and allow you to make decisions and hit buttons without having to look away from the road. Post-face lift model looks fantastic and eye catching and looks much better than the pre-face lift models in my opinion. The body panels feel sturdy and well built. -Performance and Fuel Economy; great performance and fuel economy for its class. I usually get around 17-19 city and 29-32 highway. It offers good economy for families and business workers that get to work via the highway. It can absolutely get up and move when you ask it to and can comfortably go 90-100+ with no issues. Cons: -Below average handling; the handling leaves a bit to be desired for the 2WD models. Definitely has quite a bit of understeer in the corners. It’s can also be a bit daunting to park due to its larger size. -Transmission bugs; the transmission is usually fairly smooth but tends to jolt when downshifting and when starting from a rest. From what I understand this is a common problem with Aisin transmissions of this era and can be fixed with a software update from Volvo. -Interior space; as with most sedans, the rear seats leave room to be desired. Most passengers will struggle with leg room. Trunk space is fine for airport trips, grocery runs, and light road tripping but is unsuitable for most moving and heavy lifting jobs. The Ugly: -Reliability; although this car has never broken down, left me stranded, or even had as much of a check engine light, the biggest killer is the oil consumption problem.This can cause a range of silent killers that usually don’t show up until they are catastrophic. The inline-5 engine in particular is greatly affected and is due to the lower oil control ring on the pistons to become clogged. This usually leads to the engine burning about a quart every 1K miles. This is not an easy fix and will require an engine rebuild. Volvo may offer an extended warranty for this problem but without a perfectly documented service record this service costs $5K. -Not DIY friendly (sometimes); for an at home mechanic, some tasks can be quite difficult to accomplish without special tools from Volvo. Standard issues like oil changes, brakes, and lights are easily accessible and straightforward to accomplish. More complicated issues such as suspension maintenance, coolant services, accessory belt maintenance, and problems related to the turbo can be difficult considering the complex nature of the car. Maintenance manuals are near impossible to find for free, however Volvo does offer a (pricey) subscription service to their in shop maintenance software. In summary, the 2014 Volvo S60 is a fantastic car for a competent car enthusiast who knows how to work on cars. Maintenance tends to be on the heavy side and weekly oil level checks are a MUST. This car is definitely not for anyone who doesn’t know much about cars or for someone who knows a trusty mechanic. It’s sporty, comfortable, reliable and safe if you know what you’re getting yourself into. Hope this helps!

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

I LOVE this car. Love it. The pickup is amazing and the car is extremely comfortable. Bonus points for a great stereo system! It’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned (I’m 54). Five +++ stars!

Rodney in Volvo service was professional, knowledgeable and patient. I felt he was working with me to get my car serviced correctly.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I have owned a Volvo since 1987. My least 2 S60’s were purchased from McGovern. My S80 was serviced there. Buying a car is one thing. Servicing it is another. McGovern has never let me down or left me stranded and without a vehicle. They have worked with me to meet my needs and even provided valet service. My latest experience with Alissa is a case in point. She was wonderful. A freak accident left me needing a new tire and had to have car flatbedded in. Alissa called me within a few hours, checked to see if a tire was in stock (yes) and managed to fit me into a very busy schedule. Car was ready same day. And it was busy Saratoga season. Alissa kept me up to date by text. Too late to pick up BUT she had Valet service deliver to me early next day. She checked all the boxes and went over and above expectations. I will always be their customer because the care about their customers.

Outstanding assistance by Service Advisor Marcie Walsh on Tuesday Sept. 2. Ms. Walsh found a way to squeeze my 2015 S80 into an already full shop schedule even though I didn’t have an appointment, in order to replace a suddenly dead battery. Her thoughtful action got me quickly on the road, enabling me arrive on time for an important out-of-state meeting event later that day. Ms. Walsh’s courteous help certainly continued the unbroken level of excellent service I’ve come to expect with McGovern Volvo over the past five years. Thank You!

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back
