This Dealership gets high marks in every category of customer service. With RMS Motors, details matter, and they proved that to me over the 30 day period it took to make my final decision. Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

Never felt any pressure to buy, but within five minutes of driving our 2004 BMW 650 I convertible, Steve and I my wife struck a deal that made him smile and made me smile even bigger. I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

This was my first car buying experience, and wow was it good. I was expecting many more frustrations, setbacks and headaches, but the team at Hertz was phenomenal. I spoke with Frank on the phone to ask a few basic questions about availability of certain vehicles, which he was very helpful with. A few days later I had a short list of cars I was looking at and went to the dealer. Gabe took care of the rest of the process. Even though I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, he was incredibly helpful and stayed late to finish the sale. I never once felt pressured during the whole process. Gabe walked me through virtually every conceivable financing scenario so I could know exactly what my monthly payment would be in the worst and best case scenarios. As for downside, my car hadn't been detailed as it was just recently made available. But, they offered to let me drive it off the lot that day and bring it back a week later to be done at no charge. The prices they offer here are truly unbeatable with truly excellent, customer first staff. Anyone buying their first car should do it here to see how its done.

Been a BR customer ever since I retired from my 30 year Army career 10 years ago. Bought my first Volvo in 2004 during my second tour in Germany. In the last ten years I've bought four new Volvos and most recently a used one. I kept buying them from BR because the sales staff is world class (after living in Europe for 17 years, I know world class). And Jim Anderson is the service department is simply superlative. He's taken care of me for the last 10 years. I drop my car off with him for anything and I never worry because I know that he's going to take care of me no matter what. He is what right looks like.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

My new Volvo was purchased for the passenger seat comfort. It has adjustability and is perfect for a person who lives with spine problems and neck problems.

Try the T8/Recharge Model. My 22 has averaged 90 mpg over my first 3000 miles. Has plenty of oomph when needed too, would definitely recommend.
