This was a great experience. They priced the vehicle i was buying fairly, and kept the price they promised. They also gave me a fair price for my trade. Dan even followed up with me a week later to see if i was having any problems (I was not). It was a bit of a drive to get there (75 mins) but definitely worth the trip. They also got me a slightly better interest rate on my financing than i came with from my own Credit Union. Highly recommended

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

The service department is always A+++. Always accommodating and the customer waiting area is great!

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

Third car purchased here. Look, it’s a car dealer, but they always seem to have gone out of their way to make it as painless as possible. The latest sales guy, Christos, was a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I am not as big a fan of the service department, but that is another story.

Living in the Reading suburb and using a dealership in Wrightsville was a far spread to buy a used truck, or was it? The dealership is clean, and my salesman presented himself professionally. He knew the facts or my new truck and was a great no pressure salesman that made the deal easy. Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

Love the C40. Sporty car ride and acceleration. Refined interior and worthy infotainment. Styling is top notch and simply a great looking car. Charging will not be an issue once able to use Teslas Supercharger Network.

We love the 2014 Highlander that Justin Craig just helped us get at Heritage Honda in Bel Air. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the process as stress-free as purchasing a car can be. I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Cody did a excellent job by explaining the next steps and anticipating the needs of the buyer. I was never concerned about his follow up. He was on top of the process.

This is my second Volvo C70, the last one I bought is the T5 Polestar Engineered with only 35.000 miles on the counter. The first C70 I swapped with my Mustang convertible. This is the best car I have ever driven! Every time we go to France the holiday starts with the beginning of the journey! It drives smooth, not the fastest car but just enough and it cruises likes it's made for it!

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I drove all the way from Charlotte, NC to buy a beautiful Alpine White BMW 328d touring M-Sport. These guys already had the car on ready for my test drive when I got there. It was missing the floor mats and I was ok with it but they offered to ship me some new OEM rubber ones! I work with dealerships for a living, these guys have hands down some of the best customer service I’ve seen. They also worked with my local FCU even though they’re not in PA. Thanks guys!

I bought my 2012 C70 in Platinum trim back in December 2011. I also got the 10 year extended warranty and it had first 5 years of maintenance included. As of May 2024 the car still looks great, runs amazing and should go for at least 100K more miles. I did get the Polestar turn about 2 years ago and have done regular maintenance. Over the first 10 years the car had a few standard issues along with a couple of sensors but nothing major. The extended plan covered everything and All I have had to do is the timing belt and water pump out of pocket. Great hard top convertible that is a keeper...
