Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Michelle was polite and very nice always smiling. Patrick the gentleman that did the work was awesome. I didn't meet him but his video of my car was upbeat and energetic. He had me laughing and confident my car was in good hands. They loose one star because not sure who the gentleman outside moving cars but he was not friendly on this day. He saw me and another person waiting in our cars no acknowledgment no can I help. When I asked do we go inside to drop off he just said yeah with a bad attitude. Sorry for the question the last time I was there I was asked to drive through and they take our car. He was just overly rude.

We were in the market for a commuter/vacation car and narrowed it down to a 20 Honda Civic Sport and 20 Toyo Corolla SE. We shopped central Florida and Atlanta extensively and decided on the 20 Civic Sport. We went with Honda of the Avenues for several reasons first being the deal no one could touch and Thomas Phelps was our voice as he fought to get us to that deal and lock down the deal. We also appreciated him having all paperwork ready as we are from N Fl and arrived late but everything went smoothly from start to finish including him taking the time to go over the features on the car. We also appreciated Clay Fenwick in Finance making the signing process enjoyable and efficient. I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

I have driven Volvos for a very long time. My 2002 V70XC was my absolute favorite. I just donated it. My first impression was the dealer and I went with one closest to my home. My big mistake. THE CAR - for an SUV the seats sit very low and are not very adjustable. The gear shift functionality is very difficult to get used to - and all the alarms. Being a mechanical engineer, I liked, no, loved the older Volvos for their functionality and interior space. The XC60 has very little cargo space. There are too many bells and whistles you need to QR scan the visor for the manual! The mpg are pitiful - I am getting maybe 15 mpg, with little pick up- the 4 liter engine is not as good as the predecessors. I was worried about the no "cold weather package" - all volvos anywhere have the same battery and the sales guy had no idea what cold cranking meant. HOWEVER, I must say when we had an ice storm and the car was a solid piece of ice the doors opened and the car started right up. BUT it did take 30 minutes + to warm up the windshield to get rid of the ice. AND my hands were so cold trying to scrape the ice off - they were too cold for the display to read my touch! The sales rep was so proud of the heated windshield wipers (?) -I prefer being able to raise the wipers during a snow storm. Here you have to put the wipers in maintenance mode and then move them out. Too many steps to get basics done (and have warm hands). I also can't stand the smudged touch screen from all the swiping and touching. Just looks dirty. BTW don't buy accessories from the dealer. I wanted rails for the top and they were asking $800 list but I could get them for $500. You can buy them from amazon or Volvo direct for $200. It's a Volvo and I have high expectations. I think it is an expensive car and I have not owned it long enough to determine value.

Bill Money and the entire service team are incredible. Service departments at other dealerships have seemed like a cash grab, but at O’Steen they actually take care of you.

Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.

I found the truck I had been looking for. They got me approved and drove down the next day to pick it up. Was on the road within an hour. Love my new F350! Thanks Don!

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I purchased a preowned Subaru from this Nissan last Monday and the entire experience was amazing! Amanda and Clayton were so helpful. Don't be afraid of the salespeople at this dealership! They are truly customer experience oriented. Highly recommend!

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.
