Bought it New in December 2012. We have had very few problems over the 11 years we have owned it. Granted we only have 85,000 miles +/-, but I would love to get an updated 2024 version of this Volvo. If I had it to do again I would definitely buy it.

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Saw a car online and got an immediate response from Rhonda. She looked at my trade-in and determined we might be able to make a deal. I got exactly what I wanted out of the deal and she even stayed late to get it done. The car went back today for a clean up and full tank of gas. Couldn’t be happier with this dealership.

This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. The customer service here is as above and beyond as you can possibly get. My salesperson, Sean T., and the Sales Manager, Eric S., were friendly, open, and most importantly (in my opinion), honest with me about the whole process and never once made me feel like any sort of burden. They worked their magic for me and got me an absolute fantastic deal on the car that I desperately wanted. I have never had anyone, in any way, work so hard to accommodate my situation and make sure I received a deal that I could afford and that I was happy with. Angie is always super amazing! Even thought they could not get my car to mimic the noise it makes, I was assured when I get time they would ride with me so perhaps I could get it to duplicate the pop. Angie offered to go with me immediately. Unfortunately I was unable to make time for this on this day. The staff is always so amazing!

We are returning home to Fort Myers, FL after evacuating from Hurricane Ian. We needed a car top carrier for all the extra supplies we know we will need. We stopped enroute. Not only did Angie reserve a carrier and rails for us, they had it installed in less than an hour and donated a shopping cart full of paper towels, cleaning supplies, sanitizer, etc. Their sensitivity and kindness will long be remembered. Great people.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.
