I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Service manager Jonathan and reps Lisa and Joey all contributed to a completely satisfactory visit by keeping my 10 year old XC90 like new. I have never been dissatisfied with Ken Pollock Volvo mechanics in as many years and I will return for scheduled service.

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

We had a high quality experience. We received personal attention from both Derek and Trevor. Trevor was persistent in calling us to see if we had purchased a car yet. Derek finally made the sale. He did not pressure us, just gave us room to make our final decision. When we needed a slight fix to the car a few days later, the service department took care of the problem without charge. Overall loved this car- owned a 2016 from fall 2018 until winter 2023. Handled great in all weather (including upstate NY winters with lake effect snow), had decent cargo space, towed my tiny camper (1100lb loaded) with no issues. Wish it had the higher (3500lb) tow capacity that the older wagons had- I ended up trading it in for a midsize truck because I'm getting a larger camper. My one MAJOR issue with the vehicle was that there was a design flaw in the piston rings that caused excessive oil consumption. Not all engines with the rings have issues, and Volvo found and corrected the issue in mid 2016 in the factory, but mine was from before then and at it's worst in fall '22 (@~83K miles) I was going through a quart of oil in 500 miles. Thankfully, Volvo covered the repair (I squeaked it in at the last minute of my CPO warranty, but Volvo customer service said that they typically cover it even without warranty), but if they hadn't it I would have ended up looking for a truck several months earlier because the repair would have been several thousand dollars... Overall, as much as I like my new truck, I miss this car.

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.
