I recently purchased a used 2019 Toyota Corolla from Lovering Volvo. The sales manager Dan Carlen guided me through the entire process. This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

I have owned lots of suvs and own a BMW 328i sedan as well. I have owned a Volvo s40 sedan when I was younger. I needed something with AWD, so I considered another boring suv but liking a more sporty car like appearance I got the xc70. I have a 2006 model with 43,000 miles. I have a roof rack on it and a cage. I can put my bikes on top or in the back. It’s awesome in the snow. Good for pets in the back with an optional net or cage you can buy from Volvo. Love this wagon. It’s utilitarian and gets most stuff done. I plan on keeping this Volvo as a “lifer” while owning another sedan. Plus this generation was the last to be truly Swedish as in built there I believe. Great vehicle.
