I’ve owned my 2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Ultimate for about a month now, and it’s been nothing short of impressive. The design immediately stands out with a modern, sculpted look that feels unique on the road. Mine is in Thunder Grey with the Fjord Blue interior, and the combo turns heads everywhere. Performance-wise, it’s quick and quiet with instant torque that makes merging and city driving effortless. The one-pedal drive is smooth once you get used to it, and the all-wheel drive gives me confidence in any weather. Inside, the cabin feels luxurious yet understated. The Fjord Blue interior with backlit panels creates a calm, high-end atmosphere. Google built-in is convenient, though it can lag at times. The Harman Kardon sound system is crisp and full, and the panoramic glass roof makes the cabin feel bright and open. For now, I charge at Tesla Superchargers for convenience. A charger was actually installed in my high-rise the day after I bought the car, but it’s not operable yet. I’m looking forward to using it once it’s active. The range has been consistent in real-world use, and I appreciate Volvo’s focus on sustainability without sacrificing comfort or performance. If I had to nitpick, I’d say some software features could be more refined, and visibility through the rear window is limited, but the 360° camera helps a lot. I installed a digital rearview mirror through the Volvo dealer where I purchased my car. Overall, the C40 Recharge feels like a personal luxury cocoon. It’s quiet, confident, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a car that makes me look forward to driving every day.

As long as I am able, I will never purchase another brand of car for myself!!! I'm a 4x owner and by just sitting in one, I loose my breath every time.. I left Mercedes in a parking lot and made a trade in for my 1st in 1995.... Oh might I add, I was only in my early 20's... I've been sold every since... Blessings to Volvo and all Volvo owners!!!

It is awesome. I can plug and drive a couple of cycles per day and drive more e-miles. Never start the motor some days. If you are old like me, you NEED the lighting package. Similarly, if comfort is your thing, the air suspension is a must!!! Cloud-like driving long distances and downright sporty all with a quick adjustment. The technology is really amazing. I was absolutely committed to purchase a different vehicle which my wife repeatedly and defiantly vetoed. We ended up "compromising" on this. Best decision I never made.

Best car buying experience ever!! I had a wonderful, seamless car buying experience at Lovering Volvo in Concord. My sales person, Thomas, was a pleasure to work with and super knowledgeable. He was very kind and took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the car. The finance manager, Karl was so great to work with as well. He was able to get me the perfect car and work within my budget. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming. The whole process was done very efficiently and they got me in and out of there in a timely manner (which I greatly appreciated bc I had my toddler with me!) I highly recommend this dealership!

It is simple in design but makes up for it in amenities and performance. It is grossly over powered. It has a simplistic design and the tech is very simple and easy to maneuver. Over all it was the best option for an EV with the ones on the market up to 2024 for price and performance.

And yes we are now proud owners of an XC90. He has complete knowledge of the different Volvo models and he makes sure you are satisfied with his answer. But the best part of his presentation is that there is no “pressure “ to have one make a decision right there. The question doesn’t come up. This review is for Carrie Burrill. My wife and I just purchased a 2026 XC 40. The experience was outstanding with a very smooth process that was professional, detail oriented and thorough. I have purchased many cars over the years and typically have to spend countless hours going back and forth with the salesperson, salesmanager and even the GM. This time, it was just Carrie (she is sales and managment) and she was fair, honest and willing to meet me at a point that allowed both the dealership and myself to earn a solid transaction. No games, or creative spins, but rather just putting it together and making it work, quickly and easily. We picked up the car two days later, and everything went smooth. The delivery was perfect and Carrie even ensured that the app was installed on both our phones and working perfectly so we did not have to do anything other than enjoy driving the car home.
