This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Jackson Subaru was great when I bought my crosstrek in 2023 and the Servi had been very professional and the people at the dealership were friendly and helpful.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I really want to highlight Vinnie Gorden who sold me my 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness Edition. From sending me the first video of the vehicle, to hosting me and showing me also a new Subaru, I feel that I was able to make the right choice for me. I'm really enjoying my new vehicle! My sales representative was Michael Fitzgerald and he was awesome. I had my heart set on a particular car but it sold as I drove up to the dealership. Michael listened to my wants and issues and we found the perfect car. He also drove to Warner Robins where I sold my car to pick me up and we drove to Jackson Automotive where we closed the deal on my Mercedes. He was also giving tips to a sales person in training, Kelly, and we all had a good laugh or two about various things in our life. They were both very professional but personal also.
