Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

My service appointment was a breeze. I was greeted immediately and given a loaner car which I requested in advance. I was able to shop and grab a bite to eat in the local area while I waited for my car. The service to my car was excellent. I am a completely satisfied customer of Cherry Hill Volvo.

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Thursday night, I bought my third Volvo from Cherry Hill Volvo. I was not planning on leasing a new car. I was picking up my car from service and my fiancé was the one interested. We worked with Ezra Nathan. He is fanatic. Very patient, knowledgeable, professional and chill. On a whim I asked if I could end my existing lease early and get into a new car. He sprang into action and within in minutes, I was picking out a new car and crunching numbers. As with every Volvo I purchased, I feel like I got an amazing deal on an amazing car at an amazing dealership. I cannot say enough great things about Cherry Hill Volvo and in particular, Ezra Nathan. If you’re looking for a great person to guide you through buying/leasing a new Volvo, stop by and ask for Ezra. It is such a chill, smooth, easy process working with him. He know his stuff and if he doesn’t, he gets the answers quick. I absolutely loved working with him and when it’s time again in three years, I hope to work with him on my next vehicle.

We had Volvo in mind going into the car buying process, we had been in touch with Ezra Nathan for about 1 month after test driving both the XC60 and XC. In March, we finally had a better understanding for what made sense to us, reached out to Ezra and set up another appointment. Throughout the process, Ezra was informative, insightful and put more of an emphasis on teaching us about Volvos than selling us a car. Ezra was very flexible and accommodating as we determined what was best for us.

I spoke with Darrin and he was very professional. His communication from initial conversation until the day I purchased the car was great and there weren’t any surprises. I bought a black 2012 s80 t6 platinum and inscription package with 126k miles about 2 months ago.we had a volvo in the 70s..a 340D..loved that car and any other make would not gsve saved my brothers life When he hit a pier head on with 4 buddies in the car. Anyways my S80 is a beautiful looking car...and as soon as i planted my butt in the heated lesther seats i sank into them with a sigh of pleasure Never have i sat in a car seat like these..certainly a comgortable throne fit for a king I tinted the windows and got 2 out of round rims fixed had volvo jet out the carbon deposits in engine. Replaced all filters and fluids and took her out on the highway and she performed like a purring cheetah with her 300 hp t6 engine she exploded with pace. I love the car and i hope it will be my last.i feel right at home in the car .everyone compliments me on it. ..it gets around 20/21 around town.and anout 26 to 37 on highway..i drove from nyc to lake placid and was falling asleep so i asked my wife to drive it just south of albany..i fell asleep quickly but woke up to a blizzard and my wife doing 85 mph..i flipped out abd told her how dangerous foung this was..she just looked at me with a smile and said.."its a fast car honey no one is passing me"..well my filipina wife ( who never drove in snow storm) says ..no one is passing us..i said please pullover and i would drive the rest of way..the car handles heavily on mountain bendy roads and as storm got heavier i switched to winter mode ( put into manual and drive in 3rd gear) the car stuck to the roaD like glue in the snow with all season radials..the car performed like a champ all trip..my love affair with the car continues and i just hope it last for ever...its the furst time a car ever actually made me feel happy..literally I hope the cost of maintenace wont be that bad and we keep on chugging along

I bought the 2006 S60 in 2015 for $4200 with 96000 miles on it. I have had it now for close to 7 years. I have put 36000 miles on it. It still looks close to new on the inside and outside. Interior is very comfortable with top class leather seats. I have had to do no major repairs. Just changed the oil every 5000 miles. Good performance too. I got a very comfortable and pretty high quality sedan for a low price and got a lot of miles out of it. I think it will run another ten years, no problem.
