This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Aimee was so helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. The service department did everything I needed and I was able to get it all done in one day!

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

The overall experience that started with the online customer service team then moved to work with CJ who coordinated the sales process for me until I purchased the car was outstanding. This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

This is my tenth Volvo I love a wagon and volvo makes the best just wish I could still get a manual. That being said Volvo seating is the epitome of comfort. Around 300+ horsepower with a polestar update makes it plenty fun

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

The salesperson (Tom Drzal) and the general manager (Norm Caruolo) were extremely helpful and, despite a few hiccups with which car I was going to purchase, both Tom and Norm made sure they did everything to ensure I was a happy customer. They not only provided me with the vehicle I wanted, but also financing that worked within my budget. They were very responsive when I called and, if I left a message, they always returned my calls in a timely manner. Their efforts were greatly appreciated.
