I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at Prestige Auto Mall. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. The process was stress free and pleasant. Jon Oriakhi was very professional and knowledgeable. Not one of those 'pushy salesman' . He even replaced the headlight lightbulbs for me since I wanted a fancy ones. Overall, great experience and highly recommended dealership with a lot of great cars to pick from.

I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been amazing including the 22 XC60 PHEV. I once had to wait for a part for longer than I would have liked but I was in a service loaner that was an upgrade to my car so I'm not really complaining. Overall, the car is quick, great on gas when I'm not using Electric daily. It's comfortable, great to look at, it can tow small boats/campers and is great for a small family/couple. I couldn't have been happier, it was just what I needed before going all the way EV.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

I looked at VA Motorcars for a used Subaru. I was in luck because they specialized in used Subarus at great prices. However, they also specialize in rebuilt titles. Many of their cars have definitely been repaired very thoroughly and properly, my only issue was insuring a car of this status. I wish I could have given them my business, but they did not have the inventory at the time. However, everyone I spoke to at this lot was super helpful and very very friendly. If you are looking for a cheap used Subaru, definitely give them a look, they KNOW Subarus.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

This is my tenth Volvo I love a wagon and volvo makes the best just wish I could still get a manual. That being said Volvo seating is the epitome of comfort. Around 300+ horsepower with a polestar update makes it plenty fun

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

We had an amazing experience all the around at Valley Motors City. They really made you feel right at home and made shopping for a car enjoyable! Our salesperson, was Gary, and he truly went beyond the call of duty for us! He was nice, kind and very accommodating as well as knowledgeable! We would totally tell any of our friends not only to go there for their next vehicle, though we would let them know they would be in good hands with everyone that works there. Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. I bought my 2012 C70 in Platinum trim back in December 2011. I also got the 10 year extended warranty and it had first 5 years of maintenance included. As of May 2024 the car still looks great, runs amazing and should go for at least 100K more miles. I did get the Polestar turn about 2 years ago and have done regular maintenance. Over the first 10 years the car had a few standard issues along with a couple of sensors but nothing major. The extended plan covered everything and All I have had to do is the timing belt and water pump out of pocket. Great hard top convertible that is a keeper...

Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.
