Very dedicated and customer oriented dealership. I drove 100 miles and they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign as I electronically sent all the documents. Took me 15-20 minutes to get the paperwork signed and complete formalities. They stayed beyond their work hours to get me the car. They truly live the motto "anything for customer satisfaction". I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been amazing including the 22 XC60 PHEV. I once had to wait for a part for longer than I would have liked but I was in a service loaner that was an upgrade to my car so I'm not really complaining. Overall, the car is quick, great on gas when I'm not using Electric daily. It's comfortable, great to look at, it can tow small boats/campers and is great for a small family/couple. I couldn't have been happier, it was just what I needed before going all the way EV.

I’ve owned my 2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Ultimate for about a month now, and it’s been nothing short of impressive. The design immediately stands out with a modern, sculpted look that feels unique on the road. Mine is in Thunder Grey with the Fjord Blue interior, and the combo turns heads everywhere. Performance-wise, it’s quick and quiet with instant torque that makes merging and city driving effortless. The one-pedal drive is smooth once you get used to it, and the all-wheel drive gives me confidence in any weather. Inside, the cabin feels luxurious yet understated. The Fjord Blue interior with backlit panels creates a calm, high-end atmosphere. Google built-in is convenient, though it can lag at times. The Harman Kardon sound system is crisp and full, and the panoramic glass roof makes the cabin feel bright and open. For now, I charge at Tesla Superchargers for convenience. A charger was actually installed in my high-rise the day after I bought the car, but it’s not operable yet. I’m looking forward to using it once it’s active. The range has been consistent in real-world use, and I appreciate Volvo’s focus on sustainability without sacrificing comfort or performance. If I had to nitpick, I’d say some software features could be more refined, and visibility through the rear window is limited, but the 360° camera helps a lot. I installed a digital rearview mirror through the Volvo dealer where I purchased my car. Overall, the C40 Recharge feels like a personal luxury cocoon. It’s quiet, confident, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a car that makes me look forward to driving every day.

On November 25th I went to the Mercedes on Ontario, and was looking to buy an electric car around 7pm in the evening, I was looking at the EQB 350 when this very nice sales representative Abel Vargas helped us and was very nice and interactive explained to us what was good about the electric vehicles, at the end of the point of buying the EQB 350 the transaction at around 2am Black Friday after hours but I will like to mention excellent and outstanding sales person human being his name is fadi batarni I had a situation where I had to call him, a couple days after but was out of town but still answered right away, like always nice friendly and helpful manner, and I really appreciate the help and appreciate the huge help on purchasing my EQB 350 Thank you much guys I really like my car.
