What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. PLEASE don’t miss the opportunity to buy a car from this group, you will not be disappointed.

I have enjoyed this car so much. Its entry level for Volvo but it has so many features I never saw before. The headlights will turn in the direction of the steering wheel. Incredibly safe car in every way. The Volvo S60 is great for road trips, great gas mileage and you only change the oil every 10,000 miles. It has aggressive acceleration and handling which is great if you want to quickly pass someone.

The service was quick, efficient and organized. Sefik was our dealer who reviewed all paperwork and considerate of our time. We would return when looking for our next car.

Purchased my 2010 Volvo S80 used with 89k miles. I now have over 215k miles and the car has remained very reliable with only minor repairs required during my ownership. This was my first Volvo experience. Here are a couple things worth noting for those considering this vehicle. By far the most enjoyable vehicle I have owned for long distance driving. My fatigue is minimal when driving this car compared to others. The 3.2L engine is very smooth and powerful. 3,500lb towing capacity! I’ve been able to pull my 2k lb boat on multiple vacations over 1k miles with out issues. Parts are available at FCP Euro for a reasonable price if you are handy and can perform minor maintenance on your own. This has saved me significantly. I love the the premium sound system, seats and ride quality. After 215k miles, the car is still tight with little noise. Build quality is exceptional. I’ve enjoyed this car so much that I purchased a 2012 S80 T6 AWD recently. Having driven both, I’m indifferent from a commuting perspective on the extra hp. I find the 3.2 is more than adequate with torque and acceleration and returns on average 26mpg. The 2010 remains in the family and I have no doubt it will achieve 250k miles. Excellent work Volvo!

They went above and beyond and more than you’d ever expect from a used car dealer to make the Q7 we’d been looking for absolutely perfect and in tip-top condition. I was looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler. I've seen Auto Connection and the sweet vehicles they had. Through an acquaintance, I was hooked up with Jeremy Horst who helped me trick out my new Jeep. I started with a base model 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara JL—I was able to pick out my wheels and then Jeremy guided me with what lift and tires I should add. This car's reaching it's tenth birthday in the coming year, and has definitely earned itself a good reputation in reliability, to a point. Had to have the engine rebuilt at around 100k due to a recognized flaw where the seals around the pistons (one, in my case) would shave off the side of the inner piston chamber wall. Volvo was good about it, and rebuilt it for free, but I have heard about this being an issue with a percentage (although a small percentage) of 2015 S60's. If you own a 2015.5 S60, you should be okay (released at the half-year, they changed something in their engine design so this no longer happens). The 2015 model I own is a T-5 Drive-E, but even then the engines feel strong, and the acceleration is amazing given the engine downgrade for better mileage. Pros - Smooth, quiet, fast ride - Platinum package still makes this car shine given how far infotainment systems have come in 9 years - Takes 87 gas - Cold-oriented heating options. I lived in New Hampshire most of my life, and this thing took snow and ice like a champ. Good to know Volvo durability hasn't disappeared. Never failed to start, and the electric defrost option was a Godsend. - iPod/iPhone USB slot. Honestly wish this was in modern cars. You can play music from your iPhone (or iPod if you're a person of culture) as soon as you can hook it up to the charging port. Also charges your phone. Neutrals - Nav system. Pretty basic, but once you get good with the voice commands, is amazing. Other than that you have to put in addresses with one of the DIALS on the dashboard, which is lower than T9 typing. - Auto Climate setting. This is just more goofy than anything. You'll press it thinking it will slowly acclimate based on outside temps and engine warm-up and all sorts of things. No, it hilariously just turns your AC on max. Not even mad, its just super funny to think about. Cons - Start/Stop button. I don't care how much gas I "save", when you turn an engine off and on in any instance, you're wearing down parts faster. - No oil dipstick. Have to rely on electronically checking it, which has shown me close to max for the last few months, which I doubt. - Backseat legroom. It's not horrible if you're used to small sedans, and especially if you're used to super compact cars. - Turn radius. Holy crap do not invest in this car if you like parking somewhere (well) in a single turn. This thing parks like a grizzly bear with a saddle on it---mostly forwards and backs. Maybe I just prioritize good parking too much, but I don't like looking like that one guy in the Walmart parking lot who's content with 45 degree angles. The backup cam makes this not as much of an issue. All in all, a promising Volvo. Lacks the issues of the newer models, while looking pretty modern. If possible, I'd suggest trying to find a trim level higher than the default, but any trim level will be reliable. My biggest takeaway and suggestion for this would be to regularly maintain it. Get your oil changed regularly, keep your engine bay clean, invest in high-quality tires, and don't put 93 ethanol gas in for fun. It should last you as long as it did me.

We have had one for about 7 years. Very good little car. Always starts up nice and fast and compact. Only problem was leaking water through the sunroof.

I absolutely love this car. The computer is awesome. I am still learning all the features. I highly recommend this model. You will love it.

Had a 2014 Honda Sport and decided I to try a luxury car that wouldn't break the budget, so bought the cheapest used Volvo S60. It's great. It's extremely comfortable (with very adjustable seats), the sound system is outstanding, it handles turns really well, is nice and quiet, is really nice looking without being flashy, and it's touchscreen features are very easy to use especially with voice control. I live in a city, so one reason I chose it is because I read that Volvo's are not popular among thieves. Another reason I chose it is that my two friends who have Volvo's (XC models) swear by them, and one is 6'4" with a bad back.

I like the minimalist interior inspired by Scandinavian design, along with the easy to use touchscreen display. I have the T6 AWD with 316 HP and love how it drives (in all weather conditions) and how it accelerates and corners. Extremely reliable, everything has worked perfectly.
