I bought a 08 Honda Accord in 2018, I still drive the car. I bought it with 79k miles and now have 203k on it. Nothing bad has ever happened with it. Except normal wear and tear. One rule about buying used cars, either know what you’re looking for, or have someone else check it out.

I have had many cars in life, currently the S60 2.4T AWD for over a year. I'm an outdoorsman, passionate hiker and this car does everything I need. I can even sleep in there in straight position (185cm tall). The car is super reliable, parts are not the cheapest but the car won't need many and often. Performance is OK for a daily driver, obviously there are more powerful ones but I don't actually even need more. 147kw is good enough. AWD allows me to leave home even at harder winter. The interior leather is good, I keep a dog with me and it can be cleaned to look as good as new. Fabric interior on my previous car was looking and stinking awfully in less than a year... Also this is the only car I can take over 1000km trip in a day and won't have a horrible back pain later. So in conclusion if you want a good cruiser, reliable hiker, better performance than average grocery getter, and are willing to pay a bit more for the comfort, go for it.

I bought this car in 2013 with less than 10K miles on it (certified pre-owned at the now closed Volvo dealer in Thousand Oaks, CA). I love this car, but I'm so glad I bought the maintenance contract along with the extended warranty. It has never let me down or had to be towed but it has had more than its fair share of warranty repairs. The suspension had some major issues but that may have been due to the poor quality roads and streets in Los Angeles. I will most likely be driving my C70 Volvo for many more years as I have no intention of ever selling it.

My 2020 Volvo S90 Inscription came loaded with every available option and I had the dealership install the Polestar software increasing the horsepower and tightening the suspension making this car an absolute joy to drive. The S90 replaced my 4-year old S550 and trumps the Benz in just about every category with the exception of price, perceived status, and cost of ownership and this is coming from someone who has owned no fewer than 19 M-B’s including 11 S and SL class. The S90 seems to be a rare bird and a well-kept secret as I see so few of them in Connecticut. I set out to purchase the new Genesis and even test drove a new 7-series, but when the dust settled, the S90 offered everything that I was looking for in a full size sedan with absolutely no compromise. No one can rival the comfort of a Volvo seat and when paired with the concert level Bowers and Wilkins sound system often finds me taking the long route home. It’s that nice!

My first Volvos were XC70 models starting in 2002. I loved those cars and now I love the perfect fit of the V60XC, more tailored and a tad more athletic, great size for me and my dog.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership in my life. And I have to say, my experience was exactly what I wanted. Very easy! No wasted time what so ever. Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with. Cant recommend this dealer enough!

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. My husband had purchased a mini cooper five years ago and we've enjoyed that car. When it came time for me to replace my VW Jetta we immediately decided to go back to Motorwerks. The whole process was so relaxed and Ryan was helpful with the financing. I've been driving my Clubman for less than a week but I'm really enjoying it. This dealership is smart in that they do give you the basic knowledge of operating the vehicle, and then in a couple weeks they recommend scheduling a visit to go over any operational questions you might still have, and at that time they fill up your tank and clean out your car. You can still contact them with questions at any time as well. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!

Like the performance/plenty of power/exterior & interior design. Heated steering wheel/navigational system/rides like floating on air. Tinted windows/garage door opener buttons. Overall a great car.

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.
