This is our 2nd purchase with Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers working with Serguei. He was available for questions as I narrowed down what I wanted. He was very patient throughout the entire process.

Two auto shops told me that I would need new brakes pads and rotors replaced for the front brakes. Quotes were provided about how much it would cost to do so. I decided to reach out to Venice Honda and asked how much would it cost for that; the provided price was lower! So, I took my car to Honda Dealership and told the advisor what my car needed...he asked me why would new rotors be needed based on the historical records of my vehicle? I told him that I was told by the two auto shops I went to. Long story short, my advisor had my car inspected and called me back and said I didn't need new rotors since it could be resurfaced, which would save me 50% without new rotors. I also got the fuel injector cleaning service done the same day. I had the price for that as well from the other two shops I went to..., and I decided to do it with Honda, which was also cheaper than the other two auto shops. My advisor also told me that nothing else is needed for my car today, and he provided me with a list of what will be required for the next visit...no pressure on getting stuff that doesn't need to be done then and there. I will come to Honda Venice for all services from now on...not just the regular maintenance...Oh, I was calling around to get a price on new brake pads and rotors replaced for my car; not a single auto shop in the area could beat Venice Honda for the same service price. I recommended Venice Honda! My advisor was Joe Cordaro; he was awesome, great...and funny too. Advisor Anthony Denby was also very helpful and polite when assisting me with my questions regarding the prices of the services I needed. I would recommend these two when you need to visit Venice Honda :) Their customer service is genuinely welcoming and exceptional...everyone is so nice!

I had a great experience at Porsche of Ft Myers. My sales person was Lexie and she was fantastic. I inquired about the car via email and she responded right away, took photos and answered my questions. I went in the next day and met her, we went for a drive, she was extremely knowledgeable about the car. She went over the features with me, and when I decided to purchase she made the process quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership and Lexie.

Once again I recently had an easy and helpful appointment at Hyundai of Venice. My recall notice was completed within a 1/2 hour and additional questions about my Santa Fe were answered quickly and informatively by your staff. I learned a lot about features that were confusing to me and discovered additional features I wasn't aware I had! since 1970 I have dealt with Toyota. For many years salesmen has been Dale Fortner. He and Steve Meyer, sales manager, spent time this Thursday on buying back our 2015 Avalon with 19k mileage, as my wife stopped driving. These two men present an attitude of what can we do for you to have you know we treat you like more than a satisfied customer?I wondered how they could give me such a fair deal!!!
