Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

I asked a question about a vehicle concerning the last service on the spark plugs and was ask to come in to discuss service records, no real simple answer so I think I'll keep looking around. It's no rush so I'll just keep looking.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Antonio has handled me in the past, and he made me feel as if he knew me personally, even though it's been a year since we last interacted. He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

Got '07 Vibe 126k mi at 2Manny's 20 days ago, title in Priority Mail today. Reg wear and tear for 18yo (DETAILED & all functions!). Corroded wheels-- offered to put new ones on for price. Tires just within coin head-- said pass inspection but offered to sell new not-exceptionally-great tires at wholesale cost and to put on. Checked and all seemed to work. Test drove, no noises or issues. PPI-- rusty crossmember underneath, confirmed won't break or fall off; no safety or function issue, as Eddy stated. I would say he was very patient with me; I was coming from out of town and was very suspicious of an independent used car place I didn't know. Walked me thru the whole process, even helped me set up insurance in my app. Bring cashier's check or use Zell; credit and debit are a 2.5% fee (GENEROUS --most places are 3%). My mechanic confirmed its nothing but cosmetics, will need new struts eventually. 1300mi later, no issues. Would recommend. Seems to have integrity. ICXCNIKA

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back
