This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

I live out of state, and was nervous about buying an out-of-state car. Peter was incredibly knowledgeable, the car was simply fantastic, and it’s been over two years now. Easiest people to deal with ever! Will definitely buy from them again.

We bought our XC-60 new and it has been the best car I’ve ever had. It’s a sturdy vehicle with a nice stable ride. We have had no significant mechanical issues. It can haul quite a bit of stuff with the seats down. The height and weight of the car are perfect and create a great blend of performance and safety. Still feels the same as when new, which is amazing.

Low pressure, helpful, answered all if our questions and encouraged us to take our time with the test drive without our sales person, Saige. Did better than expected on our old trade-in. Would happily work with Saige again and the dealership. They earned my trust and respect.

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

Very low-key, straightforward approach. Helpful in finding the right vehicle and patient in answering my questions about its operations. A very large dealership with a frustrating phone system, but cordial and non-bureaucratic once you get there.

I entered, 23-25 Toyota Camry awd, in search, and the first car that came up I asked to see it, got quick response and appointment. Then I came and did a test drive. Very friendly and patient staff. Then came again for trade in estimate. Less that couple weeks later I did purchase. I do wish there was more literature that could be reviewed, about different plans available, provided prior to final signing.

I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.

I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

Not only is this Volvo model beautifully styled (I am not a fan of the look of a typical Volvo), it is designed like a station wagon so I can use it for all my farm needs, bring my dogs everywhere and people have told me what a beautiful car it is. There are so many bells and whistles to this vehicle, assisted driving, massage chairs, Bluetooth... warming seats/steering wheel... the list goes on and on and no matter how many times I return to the dealership for a question, they greet me and eager to help. I will always buy a Volvo amd I will always use this dealership.

Bought a new 2025 Sorrento Prestige in March and love it! Second Sorrento but the Prestige is one nice vehicle! And Owen made the buying experience easy and painless! When people think about buying their dream car, it’s normal to immediately think about Lamborghini or Ferrari. For me, I wanted my dream “real world” car. I’ve always loved the way stationwagons look and the Volvo V90 just caught my eye. To me the Mercedes just looks weird and the BMW, boring. The Volvo in my honest opinion, just looks stunning. I’ve always admired the Volvo station wagon look but never liked the interiors at all, until now. Understated elegant luxury. Not blingy or OTT just gorgeous.. So here we have my 2018 V90 CC with every option. I think it’s amazing. I bought it used with 34,500 miles and it still looks brand new. The interior smells of that Napa leather as soon as you enter. It’s a fantastic place to sit. On a long Freeway stint the seat massagers are almost too decadent and the Bowers & Wilkins sound system is stunning. General driving of this machine also does not disappoint. It just feels solid, safe and powerful. Mine is the T6 engine which is both supercharged and turbocharged. It gives 316 horsepower, tons of torque and with AWD, pulls and handles beautifully. I’m sure other cars can go faster around a twisty racetrack but this Volvo will seem amazing to anyone who drives in real world conditions, like 99.9% of us. It’s utterly comfortable, one of the safest cars on the road and is fast, yet drives better than you expected it to. The driver assistance tech is also amazing. I just did 300 miles on the freeway and felt as good at the end as when I got in. Pilot Assist really takes the strain away. Safer knowing this car is literally looking out for you. I could go on and on but this is literally one of the best cars on the road. Looks gorgeous too... If you too like a wagon, are bored of huge SUV’s and want something fun to drive, then do go and have a look at the V90 CC. I highly recommend these cars....

The evolution of the S60 continues. My T6 AWD model is also equipped with a super charger. Yea, it'll pin you back in the seat. You think your doing 80, nah, your over 100. Very smooth ride. Handling is excellent. Love the elegant luxury look of the car, while maintaining the look of a sports car too.

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

He listened to my frustrations and showed compassion. Tommy was very helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated efficiently and it never felt transactional. Within 48hrs I had my vehicle. Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

The XC70 is an great all-around wagon. More versatile than a crossover with much better styling. I have the T6 turbo six-cylinder which is smooth and very torquey, though fuel economy is mediocre. All wheel drive works well and inspires confidence in foul weather. The ride is cushy and soft but handling can feel a bit floaty. Handsome and roomy interior that easily fits two car seats and.a booster, something that many crossovers can’t do. The front seats are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. Tech is pretty good— no Apple CarPlay but it’ll do everything else you need it to. Awesome car, I wish Volvo still made them.
