We purchased the car, and Hal along with Mike, the manager, helped us through the entire process quickly and efficiently. I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

I had an old S70 that I brought to Nate for service a few times and he never tried to oversell me anything I didn't need. He offered a loaner if I needed it and was always straightforward about what needed fixing right now and what could wait. I used him for a few years until we moved out of the area to Harrisburg and had nothing but great service. Fast forward 4 years when it was time for my wife to get a new (used) car. Based on my experience with Volvos and with Nate we decided to check his stock, found a couple good candidates, and went to visit. We found a prime candidate in a 2012 XC90. It had higher mileage (nearly 90K) but with Nate's reputation for carrying solid used cars there was little hesitation in believing that this car would last us for many years to come. That and the fact that is was a one-owner vehicle with impeccable service records helped as well. Nate made the buying process very easy and delivered a first rate car that was in better shape than one with a fraction of the mileage on it. We have been very happy with this car and it has proved our belief that it's worth driving the extra distance to deal with someone you can trust.

Runs great, very nice look, and fits my needs. The vehicle also fit within my budget so it made purchasing very easy. I’ve owned a Volvo in the past as well.

Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

My service appointment was a breeze. I was greeted immediately and given a loaner car which I requested in advance. I was able to shop and grab a bite to eat in the local area while I waited for my car. The service to my car was excellent. I am a completely satisfied customer of Cherry Hill Volvo.
