The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. The XC70 is an great all-around wagon. More versatile than a crossover with much better styling. I have the T6 turbo six-cylinder which is smooth and very torquey, though fuel economy is mediocre. All wheel drive works well and inspires confidence in foul weather. The ride is cushy and soft but handling can feel a bit floaty. Handsome and roomy interior that easily fits two car seats and.a booster, something that many crossovers can’t do. The front seats are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. Tech is pretty good— no Apple CarPlay but it’ll do everything else you need it to. Awesome car, I wish Volvo still made them.

Overall great experience. The mechanic even worked into his lunch to get my repairs done quickly. My service coordinator was excellent and really kept me in the loop with everything.

The evolution of the S60 continues. My T6 AWD model is also equipped with a super charger. Yea, it'll pin you back in the seat. You think your doing 80, nah, your over 100. Very smooth ride. Handling is excellent. Love the elegant luxury look of the car, while maintaining the look of a sports car too.

They had a lot of nice cars to pick from under $10,000. Looked at a lot of new car stores for an inexpensive used vehicle and couldn’t find the quality for the price that Arko had.

My Volvo has over 200K and no serious issues to speak of. It’s very comfortable for long drives. It’s also excellent plowing through deep snow and ice covered roads.

Although the vehicle I wanted was sold....they sent me available vehicles. Called them to see the one I pick was available and it was. They are great in helping you get one . Please check them out if you can They are the best

Had them pick up my car for oil change and normal maintenance. Timely pick up. Showed video as they checked car, etc. Returned car, at a reasonable time.

Overall loved this car- owned a 2016 from fall 2018 until winter 2023. Handled great in all weather (including upstate NY winters with lake effect snow), had decent cargo space, towed my tiny camper (1100lb loaded) with no issues. Wish it had the higher (3500lb) tow capacity that the older wagons had- I ended up trading it in for a midsize truck because I'm getting a larger camper. My one MAJOR issue with the vehicle was that there was a design flaw in the piston rings that caused excessive oil consumption. Not all engines with the rings have issues, and Volvo found and corrected the issue in mid 2016 in the factory, but mine was from before then and at it's worst in fall '22 (@~83K miles) I was going through a quart of oil in 500 miles. Thankfully, Volvo covered the repair (I squeaked it in at the last minute of my CPO warranty, but Volvo customer service said that they typically cover it even without warranty), but if they hadn't it I would have ended up looking for a truck several months earlier because the repair would have been several thousand dollars... Overall, as much as I like my new truck, I miss this car.
